Of course, sometimes the gets the spiderwebs out from under the furniture for me, but then I have to dust the cat...

Sure gets quiet with B'El in London.
Guess chat'll pick up when her fun's done.

Bel, she's still in Germany avisiting her kin
It's a holiday over here, so I haven't been in
When we get t'weekend there'll be the meet in Hull
For a wet week in July - things round here have got dull.

There's the big tom
The fox has gone
Students play away
Oh what fun
That life has spun
Hope hstwrd is ok

If music be the food of love
And London, scene of, merry hubub
And Nashville home of cool country
There can be but one plea

Good morning Fizzy
Hope things ar'nt so dull
dont be chasing bulls today
Save all your energy for Hull

Oh I will never get to Hull
It's there across the water
I'm stuck here doing my housework
While the others shirk

Dont worry,, every mouse has their day.

Oh I know my day will come
It just may take a while
In the meantime I will wait
And work here with a smile
The kid she wants her breakfast
And when she shouts I jump
If she doesn't get her fry-up
She'll spend Sunday with the hump.

Got off work after dark, then drove for an hour,
stuffed in some dinner and got a quick shower;
then it's back work... only this doesn't pay,
as I finish the chores that weren't finished by day.
Before bed, I address a sink full of greens,
which need to be cooked, but first must be cleaned.
And speaking of clean, Dad's all out of shorts!
So I fill up the washer and pull out the board.
So I can relate to Fizzy's sad plight,
I've been washing and ironing and cooking all night!

How , how fares thee aft 3 weeks have passed by
When , when next a string of pearls will i read

has the next meet been planned yet then?

when alls been said and alls been done
we all deserve a little fun

Been very busy out at work
With duties that I cannot shirk
So little time to come and play
And I'm ready now to go away
To London - hope to see the sights
Have busy days and drunken nights
But I'll be back sometime next week
And we will have a chance to speak
So keep the lamp light burning bright
'til I get back on Tuesday night.

I thought I might just call this way,
to wish you all a 'Happy Day'.
I know you think I am a flirt,
because I keep lifting up my skirt.

Just seen your Entry on Mary Shelly on the front page Fizz. read it all through and enjoyed it . Very good like a rollercoaster ride . Well done. Think i should read the book some time .
