I seem to remember that you work (or worked) for Britain's National Health Service. Have you seen Michael Moore's "Sicko" yet? There's a scene where he is in England, interviewing people connected with them. This could have been your chance to be a movie star

Darn, I left the Health Service and now it looks like I missd my chance for stardom.

I have made short journal entry recently but I will make a longer one as soon as I order my thoughts.
