Most apt for the date:
30. Do not starve yourself of sleep - nor celebrate the arrival of a New Year - - - and then attempt to drive a motor vehicle.

Just shop at the quaint village stores or shop online

Let's agree to disagree. Online grocery shopping assumes orders of at least $50.00 apiece, while I prefer to shop daily and buy a little at a time. I have no quaint village shops handy. If there were any, chances are the food would cost a lot more. High prices can be stressful.

Just be careful when you cross the street to get to the health food shop, paulh. You could be run over by the 50 ton truck delivering health food to said shop!

Back-stepping to cover a missed item:
31. Live in a comfy smaller town that has all your basic needs. As well as some multi-generation businesses such as butcher shop, custom jeweler and tailor.
33. Cook fresh foods as often as possible. Real meats, fresh vegetables, fruits. The simple basics.

31 Live in a small town where there are no food shops at all, and no farm stands where you can buy produce.
32. Eat the stalest food you can find.

My error for flipping the coin. But now you have 2 x #32 . . .
Personally, I think a big part of the diet problems in large cities is that people feel time-pressured and there are so many easy food choices. Choices that are usually the least good for a person.

Yep, those papercuts can be deadly!
(Yes, I know it's stress/dust related, but still...)
