I have a recipe for it, but it's at home, and Google doesn't list anything.

Here is one recipe I found:
Ingredients
1 bunch green onion, sliced
1 stalk celery
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2-1 tablespoon margarine
2 lbs mild sausage
1 lb hot sausage
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water (use empty broth can)
2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
Directions
1Sauté onion, celery, and green pepper in margarine until tender.
2In separate pan brown sausage drain meat.
3In large saucepan combine vegetables, sausage, broth, and water and rice.
4Simmer 30-40 minutes until rice is done.

The recipe I was thinking about has at least a dozen spices in it, and the amounts are not small.
