So how was the party?
I'm sitting here, feeling awful. My sister Trude and her to two kids are staying here for the weekend Trude doesn't have a computer herself, so she demands to use mine. I'm trying to learn Martine (4) not to run after the kitten (she scared her own kitten (Missi's sister) away a long time ago) She's so spoiled...
Roosta had to sleep in my room tonight, so he has kept me awake all night. Of course, since I had the hamster in my room, Missy wasn't allowed to sleep in my bed, which she always does So she was banging on my door and mieowing piteously as well. She knows how to make me feel awful
I'm sitting here, in my robe ('cause now we are six people standing in the line)...
Thank God the smallest one, Maja, doesn't do anything other than sleep, drool and laugh And later today, Truls is coming (still without my late birthday present, if I presume correctly ) But at least he hasn't got any anklebiters yet. Thank God
Well, and that's my current status. I wish it was possible to Fast Forward to after dinner, that's when they leave.
Okay, so it probably it isn't just as bad as I make it. My head is just a whirlpool of pain because of too little sleep (which I always cope very badly with), besides, the wheater's... I don't know how to describe it; grey, hot and moist
Mm. I better give up the computer now *frowns*
Yeah, let's!

Ok, that was a very tiring weekend. It's late and I'm tired so this is going to be a very short posting, sorry
Well, I'm back. I did manage to wrench that little child off the computer and make a very breif posting, which you read (I think ) I managed to secure myself a couple of glasses of champagne while watching Shrek So the time was made passable. We got
*sigh* I slept for nearly the entire day yesterday And I slept for the entire afternoon today, boy is my life exciting
I'm really not tired now, it's a really funny sensation!
Gosh! So many people! You must feel like the Waltons. Sorry, bad comparison. Say hi to Truls for me. Cummon, whad he get you? Tell me! I wanna know!!
Hmm, I'm being forcably removed from the computer *cries* I don't wanna go to bed! I'm not tired Don't let them take me Tilly, noooo..

"All thought is immoral. Its very essence is destruction. If you think of anything, you kill it. Nothing survives being thought of."
- Oscar Wilde, 'A Woman of No Importance'
Currently listening to: 'Jesu, joy of man desiring' by Bach. Oh, how I love that song! That melody always lightens my heart...
I couldn't sleep, so I woke up at 6AM, right after my mum and dad had gone to work, and I threw myself into the shower. Aaah... No dirt, no sweat, no greasy hair - what can I say? I'm a sucker for hygiene
Well, my brother DID show up yesterday, in spite of his message "Today I will think of trying to maybe pop in for a second" And he also brought with him one of his friends, Frode. It's always a bit embarassing, that; Truls goes into the kitchen to converse with mum and dad, and me and Tine is left entertaining the friend we've never met before. I think there's only one of Truls' buddies I have a relationship to (No, not like that ) And that's Nikolaj - I went with him and Truls to catch a movie and go to a *gasp* 18+ pub I only had orange juice , by the way.
Well, back to yesterday, the conversation went pretty much as follows:
Truls: So, you had your birthday quite recently, didn't you?
Me: Yes, back in May. You were there, remember?
Truls: Of course, I'm only kidding.
Me: - And I thought I'd say you still haven't bought me a present
Truls: Oh, er, I've just found a really neat present for you -
Me: Never mind, I've written a wish-list *fetches list*
Truls: *looks at it* Hm...
Me: Oh, but you can ignore the first book on the list.
Truls: I see, 'Queen of the Damned' - I knew that didn't sound like anything you would read.
Me: Actually, I've bought it myself and am reading it now. It's right behind you.
After that, as a habit, he leafed through it and read the comments on the back, looked at me pzzled, and I had some real explaning to do ...
This is quite nice, you know. Tine hasn't woken up yet (and when she does, she will go on a rendez-vous with Daniel ) I am all alone here, with my computer, cat, and Bach... Life is sweet
Yeah, let's!
R.G.W - And at no point during this outing did I run the risk of being cool... [temporarily or possibly permanently missing] Posted Jul 22, 2002
This is going to be a really long message to make up for the rather pathetic one last night...
"I can't listen to that much Wagner. I start getting the urge to conquer Poland."
-Woody Allen
"If it turns out that there is a God, I don't think that he's evil. But the worst that you can say about him is that basically he's an underachiever."
-Woody Allen
Currently listening to: Hmm, you've got me craving for the classics now. I think I'll select... Verdi 'The Force Of Destiny: Overture' Ahh, truely a powerful peice *hums and sways*
I couldn't sleep last night either, so I slept during the day. Simple enough *shrugs* I slept in til 11. You know what? I think I'm turning into a vampire 'The Vampire Natalie' a creature of darkness and evil. Cool huh?
*gasp* OVER 18's?! Oh my! Now that is unacceptable, I must put a stop to this immoral behaviour at once! Oooh, Frode & Nikolaj eh? Sorry, what was I saying? Somthing about being immoral and then boys, men, masculinity Everything before I mentioned those two is just a blur. A few questions before we continue:
Do either of them resemble Dr Lecter?
How old are they?
Would they be interested in me *blushes*?
And have you got any cake?
Yes, I know the last question was somewhat different from the other ones. It's just that I'm trapped in the livingroom and am very hungry *stomach rumbles* My Dad won't let me out because he's having a business meeting in the kitchen/dining room (yeah right, they're watching Captin Scarlet ) so I have to stay in here. But that's ok, I'm with the computer and I suppose I could try and sneak through round the back.
Am I making much sense to you? Hmm, didn't think so. It's one of my 'crazy days' One of those days when I go, um, crazy I am going to have to get a hobby, it's boredom that makes me mental. I have done NOTHING at all today except help my Mum with some random cleaning and watch the film, Jayne Eyre. I really need to get outside and do somthing or I'll go even more crazy! Arrrghhh!!!!
I've finished 'The Vampire Armand' and am moving onto one of the 3 books I bought yesterday. They had a good deal on at WHSmiths, 2 paperbacks for £10. So I used it as an opportunity to stock up Gosh, I've got about 5 books on the go at the moment! I'm reading all of them at the same time. I should leave some for a bit, I was telling a friend of the family what 'The Vampire Armand' was about and saying somthing along the lines, that Armand was a traveling writer who took his dog with him for company Well, I was a bit tipsy on champagne and it was 3 in the morning...
Hmm, methinks that posting is long enough to make up for the absurd one last night. I bid thee farewell *tips hat*

"I find it harder and harder every day to live up to my blue china."
- Oscar Wilde
Sorry, I've just stumbled over a collection of Oscar Wilde quotes
Currently listening to: That obnoxious Australian croc-hunter, Steve on the telly. That reminds me, Tine and I once was discussing things we had heard that immidiately, um, could be confused with other subjects And she once had only listened to a the 'Croc-files' when she heard:
Steve: "Look at the size of that thing!"
Terri: "Oh! It's beautiful!"
Today Tine and I sat for a solid hour listening to the theme song of "Darkwing Duck" - there's a line in there we can't make any sense of, and we can't find the lyrics on the net. We found the original lyrics to guess what it was translated with, but no. Poor Tine will probaly not manage to sleep tonight
Let me see, Frode and Nikolaj - they're both about their mid-20s, I would guess, and Frode is a too common-looking to resemble anyone. As for Nikolaj... maybe if you imagine a Russian Hannibal about 25, with blond long hair and a love for pizza
And, er, no, I - I haven't got any cake *Wipes crumbs from chin quickly*
You know, there's a cult-cartoon here in Norway called 'Nemi' by Lise. It's every day shown in the second best-selling Norwegian newspaper (Dagbladet) and it is about Nemi, a goth that has a sarcastic response to everything. Why I tell you this? Because today's strip is about Hitch hiker's guide to the galaxy! I might as well lay it out to you, I highly doubt Lise has copyrighted the joke.
Nemi and a goth friend of her is in a book shop and he picks up a copy of you-know-which-book
Friend: "I had almost forgot how funny Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is! He manages to describe the weirdest things with all common sense and puts up crazy ideas you would doubt originated in a human mind... Is the author still alive?"
Nemi: "I think he is." ()
Friend: "I wonder what he does now."
Nemi: "I think he is the speech-writer to George Bush."
Okay, so it is rather a go at politics, but still...
Moving on... Oh, it's so hot and clammy I think I'll die I've all ready showered two times today - I think everything but my massive, dark hair is trying to evaporate. And when I complained to my father about headache because of the heat, he said I might as well go for a walk. Immiadiately, it started raining (there were two rainbows though ) It would definately had gone better if I hadn't accidentally watched Singin' in the Rain the same day I came home grinning, singing, and of course soaking wet with my umbrella un-opened. I love being eccentric
As I said, I got a headache and something tells me sitting at the computer all day is not helping Toodles!

Ok then, you can do the quotes for a bit. I'll be you and you be me... ok that's confusing. You just do the quotes
Steve Irwin, THE Steve Irwin?!! OMG! I love that show! Hate Steve but love the show, he says the funniest things. Is it just me or is he always being bitten by somthing? Do the Australian producers think we'll find that good TV? Actually that's pretty clever. Everyone hates him so much they'll love watching him being chewed up and spat out by a large furry sabre toothed animal. He is one weird guy:
STEVE: *crawls up to turtle nest* Gee, look at theses lil fellas!
*shouting* NOW! WE'VE GOTTA BE REAL QUIET OR THE NOISE'L PROBABLY KILL THE LIL CRITTERS!
TURTLES: Eeek! *they promptly die*
If I remember correctly, that was an actual show...
A.. a.. a Russian Hannibal about 25, with blond long hair and a love for pizza?!? Next time you see Nikolaj, please put in a VERY good word for me! I'll do anything How come you know all the goodlooking guys? Why is it that you know all the Hannibal lookalikes? Why?!?! *cries softly*
'Nemi' eh? Plus you get all the great cartoons as well *looks dark and bitter* I'm starting to loathe all my friends, it turns out that a friend of mine went to the Hannibal premiere Everything is so unfair..
I'm feeling rather eccentric myself As soon as I finished my posting to you I went upstairs and promptly fell down them.. I stood up and walked to the top and fell down them again. I also found a large sticky tape dispenser and put tape all over my face and went to the shops up my road without taking it off. I got some very odd looks
I've gotta go. I think I'm going to go to bed now. Yes I am aware of the time, I just want to go and read for a bit. Maybe I'll go sit in the garden! Yes! I'm going to go and sit in the pitchblack on some grass! Wahoo! I'm going crazy aren't I...?

"I've always wanted to be able to say I'm 'big down there'!"
- Michael Ball after a tour in Australia
What?! I got the power! I'm god! I can post the, er, quotes and... *Kicks down a matchbox off the pavement* So this is all there is, is there? I'll probably let you take the quotes real soon again, I haven't got enough sources to take the from ...
Steve Irwin is really the proof that if you're dumb enough, you get your own international show
Steve: "Oh, 'ere's the spitting cobra. It's venom can be fatal, especially if it hit you in the mouth or eyes. But of course, this lil fella never do that if it's not threatened. *Rushes forward and grabs it by the tail, get's spat in the eyes* Aaargh! My eyes! What an aim on that lil fella, eh? Now I just go get some water *let's go of the snake, which bites him in the ankle*
I think that actually was on a show, too. He didn't die, though. He never does...
Hey, I think you better go and forget Nikolaj. I've heard he's so into his studying he won't care about girls - and I've seen his room, and believe me: You don't want to. He shares a flat with 6 other students (one of them's a Fin, nobody understands what she says) and he lives on pizza and... (Er, I really shouldn't say this ) reading Douglas Adams. But he still cares more about his law books (or was it medical? Computer? I forget which) than the opposite sex. Let him go
I'm going to the library with Tine now... Which really freaks me out: SHE asked ME to follow her to the library. Very uncommon - it's meant to be the other way around. And I'm going to buy a HUGE bag of pops-chokolate, that's the prize
I better go now
Yeah, let's!

Currently listening to: my muffled sobs of anguish at loosing the guy I never had, Nikolaj
Hmm, would you please find out what he's studying. Whether it's medicine (I'm pretty handy with a scalpel, I learnt from the master ), computers or law I need to know (well, not really. I s'pose I could live without knowing)
*sigh* I meet the man of my dreams (ok, hear about him) and there's no way on earth I'll ever get him. *looks desperate* Truls will find out about him for me won't he? I really should let this go now, people will start to think I'm obsessed or somthing *nervous laugh*
*sniff* If you're going to be sarcastic about this great honour bestowed upon you I'll do the quotes. Ok, I'll let you off with a warning this time, let's see how you're doing...
"I've always wanted to be able to say I'm 'big down there'!" What kind of source are you getting these quotes from?! Actually, don't tell me. It's best if I don't know... speaking of quotes I have recently discovered a dictionary of quotations! It was my Dad's but he doesn't want it any more, so I'm never going to have to worry about not being able to find quotations again! I'm the only one getting excited about this aren't I?
Steve Irwin always flings the deadly snake/lizard/mammal about, grabbing it by the tail and using it for a skipping rope smashes the poor things head in, and then has the cheek to say "Cor, he's a bit grumpy!" when the snake nips at his heels
I'm going to get a petition together, trying to ban him from doing any more TV shows or cameo appearances ever again! Who's with me!?! Who wants to go back to watching David Attenborough talk about things from a very safe distance?! I for one! Who's with me?!!! *cough*
I want to know what you and Sarah are talking about I don't trust either of you, you're probably plotting my destruction. Hmm, you just wait. You just wait.. I'll find a way of getting you back, I'll find a way *takes 23 of her little green pills* Ahh! Now I feel better That's what happens during the summer holidays, the madness takes over. So yes, I have gone quite mad.
I'd better go and see my doctor now, I don't think I'm supposed to take that many pills at a time *waves* Hiya Mr Bunny..

"People nowadays are so absolutely superficial that they don't understand the philosophy of the superficial."
- Oscar Wilde, 'A Woman of No Importance'
Currenlty listening to: Tine zapping through the channels
Hey, I'll let you do the quotes for while, a least till my mother buys that gigantic collection of quotes she's had her eyes on...
Hmm, okay, maybe I'll do some digging on Nikolaj, but isn't he a bit young for you? I mean, take a leap from Anthony Hopkins to a 20-year old student can damage your sense of perception. I think I'm talking absolute nonsense, aren't I? Pure dribble. But next time Truls pops in, I'll ask.
That reminds me - I finally told Truls sabout the plans that failed (you know, linking him with your relative) and he sends his cogratulations, and urges us to keep trying I guess that's a gentle way of saying, "Here. Take my life and do what you will with it. I place my faith in your hands." MUAHAHAHAHAAAA!!
*Gasp* Calm down, calm down... There. Tine and I borrowed Monty Python's 'The Meaning of Life' We always fight over who's the handsomets/funniest/best/weirdest python. She says Palin, I say Idle. I'm right. I'm always right, but she just won't get it into her head And you know, up to this point I had no idea that Simon Jones ("Arthur Dent") actually plays a role in 'The Meaning of Life'!
I know I've written very little now, but we're eating fried sausages Toodles!

*sigh* Very well, I suppose you weren't ready for the responsibility of quoting:
"You live and learn. At any rate, you live."
-Douglas Adams
Currently listening to: Somthing humming. I'm not sure what it is, in fact I'm not even sure if I'm hearing it at all. It may all be in my head! My whole life is a sham! Yarggggh!! *downs a couple more pills* Ahhh...
Ahh I watched that one a few weeks ago. Old Perkins with his leg bitten off *laughs* that darn Perkins, what mischeif will he get into next..
Hmm, Eric Idle or Micheal Palin. It sounds like you need a judge to decide, I'll do the honours *to the crowd* Now, before the trial commences I wish for you to understand I'm not biased in anyway. Although Tilly is a very good friend of mine and has sent me many pictures of Hannibal Lecter, that doesn't mean I'm naturally going to go along with her. I decree that.. *drum roll* John Cleese is the best... but seeing as it's just between Idle and Palin I have to go for Idle. Sorry Tine
Have you seen the Holy Grail? That is soo funny! I saw it the other day and was wetting myself even though I've seen it a million times before. Have you gone to: htttp://www.montypython.net ?
Hmm. I'm slightly worried, did Truls actually say that? Nobody would be that stupid... to trust you with their life.

That reminds me, the local pet shop has always a parrot cage propped up in front as advertisement, but the damn stuffed parrot inside never perches naturally in it! Either it's lying in the bottom or it's tied to the perch with parcel string... It has become one of the sights I appreciate the most
Well, no, Truls didn't ACTUALLY say it like that, but it could be translated to that, wouldn't it? He said he thought it was "" that we tried to pull stunts like that and that we were welcome to keep trying.

*gulp* The 4 horsemen? Um, it's not the end of the world already is it? I had so much to do, I'm half way through a chocolate bar! This is so unfair, I never even got to say goodbye to Nikolaj. In fact I never even got to say hello
If you ever get out of this doomsday alive and Nikolaj is still alive and unmutated (the radiation from the apocalypse) please get me his e-mail address. Nah, appearantly it WAS 'You Sexy Thing' I was listening to... But just to be safe: You haven't seen some gigantic yellow spacefleet, have you? I'll keep my towel ready, anyway
And now you got to sit, down, take a deep breath and listen to me: There isn't anything between you and Nikolaj. There never has been. Just air. I've said I'll do some digging next time Truls pops in, but that can take weeks or months... So with all your might, would you please try to forget Nikolaj the interviening time, eh? Would it help if I told you that I *maybe* was wrong with my observing him as a blonde Hannibal. Steady...! breathe, breathe...

Note to self: Find out what singer dubs Jimini

So *sniff* Nikolaj *sniff* doesn't look like a *sniff* blonde Hannibal? Well, I don't care! Long distance relationships do work, and I shall never give up hope. I'll stop going on about it, but I'll never stop hoping and praying
Are you hearing voices too?! My gosh, I hear them all the time. I must say I've never heard Jimini Cricket, but I've certainly heard Bugs Bunny and Mickey Mouse
I have sent you an e-mail which I need a reply too. It's a petition allowing me to go somewhere, I'd appreciate it if you'd get as many signitures as possible. I'm not going to tell you, now, where it is I wish to go. As you'll probably roll your eyes and tut, you can do that when you get the e-mail.
I had a really nice dream last night, and oddly enough Hannibal Lecter wasn't in it. But it was someone similar, lets see if you can guess who..
I've got to go and clean out my room. I swear I did it yesterday If I didn't know any better, my Mum comes in at night and messes it up again. I'd better go get my Dad, he's gonna have to rent them out for me. It's the deal we have, I pick the film and pay for it and he goes and gets it and then watches it with me . I'm not quite 15 and I'm nowhere near 18 so I can't rent any of my favourite films You don't know how lucky you are to be 15...
Any suggestions as to what I should watch? Don't say 'The Silence..' as I seem to be permenantly borrowing that from Vicky. And don't say 'Interview With The..' either, because I'm going to see it at Vickys (She says there's a bit where Lestat is on fire and runs up the wall, it's hillarious!) I guess it'll have to be Monty Python then, not that I'm complaining
I'll let you know what films I get. It'll probably be 'Carrie' or some other 'wet your pants' type thing. I'd better start walking

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
