"You're only given a little spark of madness. You mustn't lose it."
-Robin Williams
"There is only one difference between a madman and me. I am not mad."
-Salvador Dali
Currently listening to: Micheal Palin on the verge of madness. He's spent 11 days at sea with nothing to do, so he sounds quite demented
My god, not Austin Powers I thought you would have the sense to aviod it. I'll admit I watched the first two movies but I got really sick of it. I don't like that sort of comedy, I prefer witty jokes myself. I can't see how
There are loads of films I want to see at the moment:
I want to see James Bond, Die Another Day (ok- it is mainly because John Cleese is in it ) Also Bowling for Columbine. I've read about the Columbine tradgedy, and I've seen reviews of this film. I have a strange admiration for Micheal Moore..

Well today hasn't been very eventful. I had my lunch, did my paper round.. not much to talk about.
I have nothing to do today, I think I'll just carry on doing more drawing on my wall. Any suggestions as to what I should draw? And don't say Gene Kelly..

Currently listening to: Röyksopp's "Poor Leno" on MTV Finally Norwegian's succeed at something, and it's trance
On top of that, they call the band what would translate as a misspelled "Smoke-fungus" (But who am I to complain? I'm a Drownin' Duck...
) I hate their music, although I have a tiny liking for "Poor Leno", but that's just because I pity the little fella
Oh! Oh! Tomorrow La Vita e Bella is on! I gotta see it! I still haven't forgiven my parents for never taking me to the movie to see it, and now is my only chance to see it... It's either that or some Gerard Depardeu comedy on
The worlds most annoying Frenchman. Why on eart is he in every movie that require a Frenchman? There gotta be more French actors in the world but that big-nose?
I mean, he's played Jean Valjean, the Count of Monte Cristo, Jean de Florette, one of the Three Muskateers... And he had a quite nasty love-scene in 'I am Dina' ("Hey, Gerard! Stop squeesing 'em!")
Okay, I'll stop ranting about that disguasting man Right... now.
I'm going to band rehearsal today, and I'm really not feeling up for it It will last for four hours, and with the long drive and all, I won't be home and in bed until late at night... Well, we have a gig next weekend and we gotta rehearse, so I guess there is no way around...
I've found out that sooner or later, I gotta see The Godfather movies, but there simply is no way to get to it without buying the whole series on DVD, and I haven't got the money. I wonder if Prof. Petter would be darling enought to lend his beloved copies to me, but that's exactly what they are: Beloved. I think he loves them more than life itself Perhaps he wouldn't mind to spread the word of "Da family", and after all I returned that "HAïR" album I had borrowed from his without a scratch...
Hm, what films do I want to see? ... I'm not so turned on the new James Bond movie, but then I never really was a big James Bond fan... Bowling for Columbine? Never heard of it, but it will probably come to Norway sooner or later. You have that advantage, don't you, that you get the movies before us . I'd like to see 'Simone' (although there aren't many cinema's that shows that any more) simply because I find Al Pacino sexy
And then there's weirdly enough, a Norwegian movie I'd like to see; "Himmelfall", but I might live to regret that wish
Oh! Oh! (Yet again ) I've just found out that the funniest guy on News on News is coming to my local library this Wednesday to do some publicity on his new book! I'm going to see Knut Nærum
Of course, he isn't as handsome as the host, Jon Almaas, or as bitchy as Anne-Kath. Hærland, but he must b the worlds most sarcastic man, and a personal hero
Well, I'm going to travel down to Eidsvoll now for my rehearsal. *Sigh* See ya later...
Toodles!

"He felt that his whole life was some kind of dream and he sometimes wondered whose it was and whether they were enjoying it."
-Douglas Adams
"Those who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night."
-Edgar Allan Poe
Currently listening to: Family Guy on tv, I really like it. I'm sad like that. I love all adult type cartoons, except South Park.. that's just plain stupidity.
"Why on earth is he in every movie that requires a Frenchman?"
Gerard Depardeu is considered the most attractive man in the whole of France. I, myself, can't see this. Given the choice between him and oh lets say, Jean Reno () I'd certainly have to go for Jean, he's much more attractive. He's also a better actor, but that's just my opinion.
You've seen Jean de Florette? I loved that film. I've never laughed so much in my entire life! I know it's supposed to be a serious film but I couldn't help myself. It lost something in the translation, subtitles like "Due to the extreme weather" and "I wish to see the water gush forth" had me wetting myself laughing
Maybe it's just because I'm easily amused..
I had another weird dream last night. I dreamt that I was half in Camden market and half by a place I know in London (It's a table dancing club opposite a 'Jews for Jesus' center- whatever that is )
It has to be the oddest dream I ever had. Me and a friend were talking about Elton Johns purple coat and he said that it was ours anyway.. then he found this clay instrument and played it and said "It sounds almost celtic" and then promptly launches into 'Green sleeves' at the top of his voice
Afterwards he runs over to some punks and starts harassing them with pingpong balls It was bizarre to say the least!
I'm not a big James Bond fan. I always thought that he was a bit of a prick. I only watch them for Q and the action sequences which are always good.
Good luck with your band practice Just keep a smile on your face and a gun in your hand, and everything will be ok
It's nice to live in the Uk that reason: We get movies before you (It's great, I can taunt you about it.) But then again every other aspect of British life sucks. I mean, what do we really have apart from Micheal Ball and Full English Breakfasts? We can hardly boast that we have Tony Blair.. and.. well, that's about it
Malcolm in the Middle is about to come on, I have a soft spot for this show so exscuse me while I abandon you in favour of a child genius and his deranged family

Currently listening to: The Osbourne Show. God, is that family pathetic or what? What is even more pathetic is the subtext, they can't get their way around the English curse words... Imagine the foulest word you know is translated with the Norwegian equalent of 'darn'.
Ah yes, I really enjoyed Jean the Florette - we saw it in our French class. It took weeks before I got that flute theme out of my head (Now, darnit, I really wish that I could remember it...)
Tomorrow my class is going to a Babel Fish concert on a local school1 If I get my chance to talk to them, I'm going to ask them if they have official arrangements to use that name
Right, I agree. South Park is really awful. Is that at all funny?
Well, the band practise went well enough, I guess. I really burst at one point when there's a song I have solo on throughout, 'Black Coffee', and I really can't play it right. It's so pathetic, because it's such a simple melody, easy notes, slow blues... And I can't make it sound like anything but crap! Daniel helped me a bit, thank God, and he found a way to shorten it so I don't have to play the part I can't do... It's still pretty frustrating though, seven years of trumpet training, and I can't play such a simple melody. "Da dum da dum da dum-dum..."
Yay! I've convinced my mother to buy tickets to the National Theatre's playing of "The Importance of Being Earnest"! IT premieres in four days so we'll see the reviews it gets first, but I'm feeling very confident. A play is never slaughtered by ALL the newspapers
"Okay, so all the major newspapers thought it was awful, but look: I found this local newspaper from the border of Finland which thought it wasn't half bad..."
I always have a problem with translations though, when there's text I know pretty good. Just look at how they've translated the title; They changed it to "Who's Ernest?"
They even changed the spelling of the name, c'mon! And they gave the whole point away...! Maybe I shall become a translater myself, so I'll always do it perfectly with the dignity it deserves
I'm going to feel sorry for myself - I've been eating delicious, spicy food all weekend, and my stomach can't cope with it any longer
Toodles!
P.S.: I wonder what our darling Dr Freud would think of that dream?

Currently listening to: one of our new next door neighbours kicking a football around.. bloody hell, it's pitch black outside. What is he playing at? Besides football of course..
I have a strange fondness The Osbournes, I'm not sure what it is It might have something to do with the fact that I want Jack's room.. but that doesn't make much sense and makes me sound weird so I'll just say it's because.. they, uhm, have lots of dogs
I feel really sick Ugh, God seems determined to ruin this week for everyone. Tommorow is Vicky's Grandad's funeral (Vicky says "The song is 'Wind Beneath my Wings' sung by Micheal Ball)
I've got to go to the hospital on Wednesday and then to top it all off, my Mum's making me have my hair cut Oh the pain, the pain of it all!
Today has been a very odd day. I woke up to find there was so much fog you could only see a few meters in front of you, throughout school the fog didn't clear and I had to walk home in it. I could barely see where I was going. I was hardly surprised when I nearly walked into the back of someones parked car It also managed to stay at about -0.5°C outside throughout half the day.
It's funny really, while everyone else jumped about clapping their hands together and desperaely tried to get warm in their thick woolen jackets, I was standing there with no coat or gloves trying to blow smoke rings. People were looking at me like I was mad..
"Imagine the foulest word you know is translated with the Norwegian equalent of 'darn'."
'You darned darn head, you mother darning darn.' You're right, it doesn't sound right
Well last night we got a phone call from my Grandmother *sigh* Jeez, it turns out she's gone and broken her ribs. Dearie me. She's always hurting herself these days, I swear she sometimes does it for attention. I was really worried about her and just to put me at ease she said
"Ahh don't worry about me. I won't be here for much longer anyway.. you go and leave me, I'll manage"
She does it to wind me up, it's bad enough that we live so far away! All she can do is make us feel guilty about it. I love her don't get me wrong, but all she ever does is try to make us feel bad.
Staying with the topic of family, you'll be pleased to hear that my cousin Nina is set to drop her sprog soon. If my Grandma is right, she should be expected to give birth any time in the near future
Woo! I'm going to have another Great Cousin!
I'd better go, I have lots of homework to do and not much time to do it in

Currently listening to: The ticking of a clock, counting down to my doom... Or more precisely, when it's time to go to school
I didn't go to school yesterday, so therefore no Babel Fish So what! I like only one song of their's...
You can tell I'm bitter. I like going to concerts! Wether they're good or bad is a minor matter
And so I spent the whole day at the free clinic for youth... I can't take the stomach cramps I get each time I have my period, so I wanted some MD-advice. I left with a prescription for VERY strong painkillers, and I'm terrified of using them... And if they don't work, I also have a prescription for low-hormoned Pills
I hope I don't have to use them, I hate messing with too much hormones... And my sister think it's just wrong, her little sister on the Pill - she says it's like if she one day found I had a large stash of ribbed condoms
*Sigh* That's how pathetic I am. My sister is certain I can't score...
Oh, 'The Wind Beneath My Wings' - I had forgotten about that one, but that is beautiful, I know "Will you ever know that you're my hero/And everything that I'd like to be/And I can fly higher than the eagle/You are the wind beneath my wings..."
"'You darned darn head, you mother darning darn.' You're right, it doesn't sound right" Yeah, something like that *Chuckles*
Ah, I finally watched 'La Vita e Bella' last night, and I might just have found a new movie to rank with my favourites My mother really didn't want to see it "What? It's Italian! It's about jews in a concentration camp! I can't watch that - that is supposed to be a comedy?" But after half an hour she thought it was one of the greatest movies ever made too. I had of course put up everything to tape it; I had (after some hours) managed to programme the VCR to tape it, I had found a blank casette... I had remembered everything, except hitting the 'record' button
Ah well, a new thing to put up on the wish list...
*Sigh* Today my class is going to a "It's not cool to be dead" show. I keep forgetting if it's for the sake of drunk driving or drugs (Maybe both!) But it's something we have to take care of, anyway I'm getting sick of these lectures. It's like when I was a younger, and my mother would leave the room and she said "Now, don't put peas up your nose." And the idea hadn't crossed my mind until she said it
I better go now, school is starting soon and I have to work further on the school variety performance...
Toodles!
P.S.: Any ideas what the anklebiter's name will be? Armand? Lestat?
I've always thought Vittorino is kinda cute...

Currently listening to: the report on the tv about Micheal Jackson. Did you hear what he did?! He dangled a baby out of the window with a towel over it's face from the fourth floor in a hotel! That's just twisted!
Well today wasn't too bad, I managed to survive the hospital appointment and the hairdresser didn't manage to make me cry (this time)
I went back to the hospital. And after an hours wait I eventually got around to having my blood taken.. it doesn't hurt a bit. The needle was massive and she took a lot of blood but it wasn't as bad as people say it is. I even watched it happen, blood has a strangely pleasing colour and consistancy. The nurse thought I was insane
My hair.. ugh, I look quite attractive My Mum and the hairdresser and the other customers were making cooing noises when she finished. It's all straight and soft and lovely.. I hate it
Everyone says it looks nice, I know it looks nice but I hate looking nice. I'm not used to it.. it feels unnatural
Ugh, I am in such a bad mood with my Art teacher. I worked so hard on my Art project and she found a tiny subtle problem with it and blew it up into a massive thing which knocked my grade down a level So now I have a B.. I'm not very happy, I guess that makes me a perfectionist but it really wound me up.
My teacher also told me off in front of the entire class yesterday. I was having difficulty with the assignment and she made sure the whole class knew about it. Bitch
Someone told me that I'm the most difficult person to buy presents for That came as a bit of a shock to me, I always thought that I was easy to buy for. When people ask me what I want or what I like I usually have loads of suggestions and helpful hints.
Well on the subject of presents, I came up with a list of things I like. I never know what I want exactly so I decided to put a list of things I like and if they see anything which is connected to it then buy me that. So far I have:
Monty Python
Hannibal Lecter
The colour black
aaand
uhm.. that's it
I like your screen name.. which film was it from again.. either Life is Beautiful or La Vita E Bella.. which one could it be
I've got to go now, there's some homework I still have to do. I'm not going to give my Art teacher an exscuse to yell at me

Currently listening to: My own insane gigglings
Well, I went to the publicity performance by Knut Nærum alright. The problem was that there were several authors who wanted to bath in the lights of glory, so I had to sit an hour listening to some young, gibberish-blabbing, medicated wannabe-authors. It mostly went like "Seven years later. Rebecca was still lonely. She sighed as she put on her socks. First the one, then the other. They were green, they reminded her of the forest..." No need to say I applauded loudly when they walked off. I also observed Nærum as he entered the room, and I always wonder if that man is eccentric, or just practical. He always wears the same battered tweed suit, and he looks quite devilish when he smiles. He walked up to the podium, looked around uneasy, then walked back out of the room as I heard him count very silently to himself "Eighty-six, eighty-seven, eighty-eight..." Gotta love a man who can look uneasily around him as he counts, right?
Memo to self; Buy the book he was advertising. I laughed so hard at times he at times had to take pause reading
Wacko Jacko is sick! Doing that to a baby? I saw it on the news last night, and he clearly was seconds from losing his grip on that baby - he did the same to his other sun afterwards. And the towels? Isn't it clear enough those children are white as it is?
Ah, looking attractive, you'll get used to it. I speak from experience - I really didn't fit into society after the hairdresser had waxed my eyebrows (I'll never trust a hairdresser again! "Just close your eyes and relax..." And suddenly I feel hot wax on my forehead, and then a burning pain!) But I learned to appreciate it after a week or two... I'm actually considering doing it again, if it hadn't been for the inprented memory of the pain Oh! The burning PAIN!!
Well, I guess only a small % of school teachers are actually good teachers. Now the guy in charge of the school variety is insisting that the audience shall stand for two hole hours! That isn't possible! They'll lose focus on the performance. Damn incompetent teacher...
Ugh, I'm going to bed soon. That seems like all I do now - I go to bed early, I sleep the whole night through, I sometimes nap at my desk at school, I go home and snooze on the sofa, but I'm just as tired in the end of the day! What a great mystery is man...

Currently listening to: some song by Nickelback. 'Never Again'? What an odd song this is, if I have grasped this correctly then this guy is getting beaten up by his girlfriend.. Well Chad does look like a bit of a wimp lets face it. I reckon a two year old could give him a black eye.
Well I'm in a scarily good mood. I haven't been feeling this happy at home in.. oh, about a year. It's a combination of so many things: I got an A- in my English creative writing exam
My Dad is in a good mood and is looking for our computer microphone for me
My head doesn't hurt
Have I Got News For You is on tonight
My Mum bought me a chocolate bar
My Science teacher had to eat his words when I got a question right for once
Good TV tonight and only tonight
Nice relaxing weekend ahead of me!
I thought that Wacko Jacko is guilty of a great crime. The gross misuse of a towel! DNA must be spinning in his grave.. well, as he was cremated that would be a bit hard to do
Standing for two hours? You are joking! That's a joke, you are abosolutely right. They'll loose all intrest and start mucking about and be a general pain. If they do have to stand make sure you have someone with a gun watching them veeery closely
I'd better be going now. For some strange reason my Dad is playing a Backstreet Boy Cd in the other room He must be stopped!

Curently listening to: My mum preparing a delicious meal by the stove
Well, I'm feeling awful My throat is killing me, my hands and feet are aching, I'm exhausted, and... I think that's pretty good for a girl who spent 8 straight hours in a concert room either playing (I counted a total of 22 songs I participated on) or otherwise listened to bad rock groups... In the end I nearly fainted - the sound was cranked up to a maximum, the lights were killing me and I was dressed in a super-short skirt (
) and VERY high heels. I came home around 2 PM and I slept to 2 AM... But it was fun though. It was just next to my former school, so I knew that some of my former enemies would be there - and I sure showed them, dressed in (for me) very unusual clothes and having a blast up on stage. For the rest of the evening they ignored me and I ignored them. That was a nice deal that went well for all of us
And so today my mother dragged me out of bed to go to a Christmas sale on a school nearby - it was very nice there though, not all of the used crap you usually find. I was looking through some used books when suddenly a Swedish salesman jump up on me, places a leatherbound book in my hand and says "Ya like classics, eh? You can't have this for free, I can't sell it anyhow." So now I got volume II of Dostojevski's "The Idiot" Talk about being at the right place to the right time, eh? Further on I bought one of the original Milne "Winnie-the-pooh" book and also a collection of Monty Python sketches with Swedish subtitles
To a very nice price, too!
Well, I'm going to eat dinner soon - I haven't eaten much for the two last days and I realy feel hungry now.
Toodles!

Hey! You're back! Nice to see you! I'm glad it went well, I haven't done anything dangerous while you were gone. I just sat still and tried to be quiet. I tried but failed.. I couldn't stay quiet for long and instead spent all my time on the crime website thing:

Ah, you shouldn't have pointed me to that website - now people will really start avoiding me... I've been training on my bad-ass shifty eye movement You'll find me in the chapters about Italian mafia - It's very gross, and I sound very insane saying this, but at least they did it with a bit of STYLE
Not even the Ruassian mafia got that whole touching family-ties image going
Aw...
I'm going to pester my mother some more - Chaplin's The Dictator is running at the cinema now, and since my mother didn't like it, she doesn't want me to see it. I like satire, okay? I like Benigni comedy, and since he like "The Dictator" I want to see if I like that too. A little experiment of mine.
Ugh, I really don't want to go to school tomorrow. I'll first be at school then I have to sit in a long meeting concerning new teaching-methods and a classtrip to Poland we're trying to put up on it's feet. I want as much as anyone to travel to Poland for money I've worked up myself, but our teacher is so negative about the whole thing I'm starting to doubt we'll ever get it working Stupid teacher...

Currently listening to: my hysterical laughs! I have to tell you about this! In Religious Education we had to either:
a) write a story about what it's like to be homeless or
b) write a poem about homelessness
My friend Jamila who, to put it a nice way is quite frankly a bit dim, decided to write a short story. This may offend some people, but the story was so good (ie. Bad) that I copied in down. So here is a story on homelessness by my friend Jamila, every word is the same as my friend wrote, nothing has been altered or changed:
GAY AND HOMELESS ALL AT ONCE BY JAMILA BEGUM
I didn't know who he was at first, I didn't think that he was gay, he went to the Brothel, it's a place where gay people go, his parents didn't know. They were strict Christians who despised Gays and Lesbians. When they found out, they chucked him onto the streets, he was homeless now, he went to his boyfriends flat but found out that he had cheated on him. He slapped him round the face and said "You bitch, how could you" and walked away
He was on the streets now, he had no money and nowhere to go and so turned to prostitution, he died after he got bitten by a cat with rabies, five minutes later, he was left to rot in the streets, another homeless came and saw the dead man and ran off with his clothes
I burst out laughing in the middle of RE, I was wetting myself. It was so funny!
Hey! Poland! Wooo! Poland rocks! And not just because my Grandma's Polish..
Oooh dear. It's parents evening tonight That means an hour and a half of "Natalie hasn't done her homework in a while" & "Where is Natalie's book?" & "What happened to Natalie.. she used to be such a nice girl" & "Knives are not toys Natalie.."
I think you get the idea I foolishly made an appointment with my Citizenship teacher, she doesn't even know who I am and hasn't actually taught us anything so far! It's rediculous!
It starts in an hour so I'd better go and get ready.. pray for me I know all the teachers are going to be mean..*sniff*
The good thing is, I get to choose what I'm going to wear. All the teachers get to see me in my wild get ups. How about my 'vampire' shirt, Doc Martens, masses of jewellery, baggy black trousers and heavy quantities of eye liner?
Wish me luck..

About that short story Well... It would at least make a nice fire if you put it very close to a lighter, right? But then again, we all have our bad creations: Today I found a CD I had stashed away to never be found again, but alas I wasn't that lucky. It's "Tones form the North Vol. II" and is the only recording I've actually participated on and has been sold nationally. I really wish it wouldn't
Imagine this: The year is 1997. Little Tilde is in a school band with mostly members below the age of 10. By some unfortunate mistake this school band gets the chance to record a song for a collection of band music of Norway. The band leader choses Procol Harum's "A Whiter Shade of Pale", gives Tilde and most of the members impossible notes, and on the day of recording, which is done in a deserted church by the way, most of the capable musicians can't come... The result; Utter disaster. The tune is hardly recognizable, there's squeaking of clarinettes, the tuba player's flat, the drummer can't keep the beat at a steady pase, and throughout there's a cornet, that'll be me, playing wrong at every cocievable note... And in the end; The track is actually accepted for the recording and is being sold all over Norway (Well, 'sold' is such a strong word - let's say it's placed at dusty, unpopular shelves - it must have sold about 2 copies...)
And that is my horrible story None of my present friends knows this (except now you, of course) And it's a thing I've been running away from all my life (Well, at least the 4 last years
) Ah well. I'm on a CD. I guess I'm a bit proud of that still. I recorded a CD track at the age of 11, that's cool enough
Well, the Poland trip seems to be moving forward - I have to sell ten boxes of cookies, but it's fun to earn money for a cause. On the trip, which will take place around May, we are scheduled to visit several former concentration camps. My mother insists I shall keep a journal each day to get out whatever emotions I will get from the places ... And I'm currently campaigning to get Tine along with me on the classtrip - it's not that I like to share my experiences with her and my mother wants to be sure I have someone to talk to, but I also have a history of getting very nervous when travelling (we're travelling some by boat, and it's not fun being sea sick and lonesome at the same time) and I can get very paranoid and lonely if I spend too much time with my class only - and this will be nearly a week
Well, you show them teachers what you're made of I'm sure you will leave some kind of impression on them... I gotta go now and convince my mother to watch another movie than 'Xanadu' - I simply can't believe that senile, stiff, 70 year-old is Gene Kelly
Toodles!

Currently listening to: my parents washing up in the other room while discussing how well Parents Evening went.. "Well I think that was very encouraging, I'm very pleased!"
As you can tell I got a terrible report It wasn't as bad as I thought, I feel I should give you the full report and see what you think:
Art- Very good, her work has really perked up in recent months (because I discovered the joys of taking sugar as a recreational drug)
Dt- Yes, I don't see her doing much work in the lessons.. although I did see her doing a lot of research on the internet
(not research exactly.. well, it was if h2g2 counts.. does h2g2 count?)
English- fantastic! I don't see any problems in getting straight A's!
(and I didn't even have to bribe him)
Uh oh, my Dad's yelling at me to get off. I'd better go, I'll tell you the rest tommorow.. Lucky you.. heh heh

Currently listening to: my Mum and Dad giggling in the other room. It's my Mum's Birthday so they opened a bottle of wine to celebrate.. I'll have to be breif as I'll have to go and keep checking to make sure they don't get too drunk
Ahh dear, today wasn't a very good day.. well it was great until about three minutes ago when I was overcome by a sense of complete isolation and depression. We have a GCSE exam tommorow so I'm going to have to do some revision at some point, but that's not whats bothering me. I'm not sure what is to be honest, I just logged online and realised how shitty my life is.. talk about sudden rush of emotions..
I've noticed that I seem to face a nervous breakdown every time I log onto MSN, maybe it's the company I keep.. I am tempted to delete my whole account just to aviod feeling so blue.
As the GCSE exams are looming I may seem to disappear for a few days at a time. As I'll be a less frequent contributor on h2g2 you may experience a great sense of loss.. this is perfectly natural as I'm a very likable person and you will be bound to miss me ()
Sorry I won't be around so much, I can't help it. These exams are important and my parents are making sure I revise at every available opportunity
*sigh* I'm feeling pretty unhappy at the moment.. I think I'll go give my Mum her Birthday cake and say good night. A hot bath and an early night will do me good (yes, I am aware that it's not even 8 O'clock yet) I'm just really not feeling too good.. I feel so depressed.
I'd better go, I've just had a IM conversation which may just have destroyed a friendship.. ahh well, never liked her much anyway.

Currently listening to: A drama serie on the telly I really much like, but I haven't used the computer whole day and am feeling some withdrawal...
Well, don't worry, I've had a crappy day as well, but I finally managed to turn it around.... First, I came late to the English writing-day (it's a day when you consentrate on one English essay talk most of the day) and when I started to write (Something about being independent and follow your dreams) and my head was a complete mess so I only wrote complete dribble Then I started using sarcasm, although I know I seldom makes sarcasm work (on essays anyway
Then I had a long pause where I had to listen to all the girls' whining and agree with everyone (There's just been a total bare-navel ban at my school for all the girls are furious)
But today I also experienced a complete movie paradox: Because the class had to watch "Seven years in Tibet" today. As each girl laughed, cried and goggled at Brad Pitt, I yawned, booed and glanced over my watch now and then... I went home in the cold weather (I lost my scarf yesterday) And when I came home, my father took me to the cinema to see 'The Great Dictator'... And guess what: I loved it! Hah! In your face, whoever it was that said teenagers will never appreciate classics
The movie had some awkward moments now and then, but that just adds to the charm of it... And this is seriously the only Charlie Chaplin movie I've ever watched (because no one else likes them, I've never watched them), and I found that fella adorable! He had such a beautiful intonation and voice, it's sad he didn't do more talkies. And in short, he is quite sweet to look at. Too bad he's so... dead
Ah well. I can still confuse everyone by mentioning I'm a newly converted Chaplin fan - how many teenagers do you know that are that? *Finds list of weird personality qualities, checks by "Chaplin-fan"*
I'm feeling so much better now Hope you'll do soon too
Toodles!
P.S.: That's an interesting IM nick you have there... Did you take it from "An American in Paris" or is it from elsewhere I don't know about?
Key: Complain about this post
Hmpfh.. some people just don't appreciate my efforts to share halloween with the nations...
