drugs and smell. not smelly drugs. much.

smiley - huhsmiley - weird
So, spacing the testosterone injections to once every 10 weeks, as opposed to once every 12 weeks has made some difference smiley - blush - for the first time since 2015, I'm producing 'body oder' smiley - erm noticibly of the armpit variety; guess I'll have to stop wearing the same tee shirt to the gym every day all week long - seriously, I sweat excessively, due to the hormones and stuff, yet, over all those years, I was not producing any body oder at all so could just let them dry after the gym, and wear them again smiley - blush - and yes I have experimented and worn the same socks, including at the gym, over more than 7 days, with the same results - well it was an experiment, and yes, there was no scent to them cept for the smell of 'new trainers', the smell of 'new trainers', has also been a constant over the past four/five years smiley - laugh
But, at the 10 week spacing I'm just* starting to produce some 'natural' body scent smiley - cool - you've probably no idea how odd it is to entirely lose your own personal body scent, it is* weird and very disconcerting..... smiley - ufo there was other stuff.... I forgot....

morning cortisol still undetectable, yet I felt fabulous that day; having taken no steroids since the morning before smiley - wah so clear thinking, no brain fog, more energy, able to 'feel' my body, and able to sense the world around me, in real time, not like some slow motion video in a faint background. yet now I'm back to feeling c**p, having to take the steroids smiley - wah

Dr is not happy with testosterone at 10 week spacing, so is moving it to 11 week spacing smiley - wah

IGF-1 (the measure of GH), has increased again, above 'normal range' so I assume they will want to lower that again (already gone from 7 days a week injecting to six...) smiley - ermsmiley - weird

Dr is adiment my bloods show me as hypothyroid, so he wants me back on levothyroxine, I just said 'no'. so he's unhappy. - as I'm hypothyroid I'll experience being tired, cold all the time, and constipation. oddly, as I am hypothyroid, I'm never tired (sleeping is problematic), always feel hot (near constant hot flushes), and am never* constipated smiley - huh
Maybe I'm not human. I don't think they've considered that.
No plans by Drs to do any further investigations. smiley - shrug
Told Dr I still get internal tremmors, and no one will do anything about it; he again said 'not our problem'. so nothing again is to be done or investigated with that. oddly, both steroids and thyroid hormones, can in various ways produce internal tremmors, whilst parkensons disease and multiple sclerosis seem to be the most frequent causes. but no one will investigate or do anything about them.

Was being productive this morning, reading scientific papers, the news etc, then I had breakfast, took steroids, and I can't read anything. smiley - shrug

It was my birthday a few days back, I was 17 years old. smiley - senior I think smiley - whistle
no gym today, we were there yesterday, and are there tomorrow and Thursday. Might make some garliccy beef meatballs today for something to do. smiley - yawn
There's one other benefit with testosterone spaced at 10 week intervals. which I'll miss. orgasms. smiley - shrug seems soon as a change in medication produces 'normal' physiological results, I have to cease, or change the meds, to produce the opposite, smiley - shrugsmiley - yawn

still.

As in. they've still not sorted out my prescription for testosterone at the local GP surgery. how long is this now? - despite, now, that they've received a further letter, spelling it out exactly, from a friendly endocrine nurse at hospital, who understands things like dates, and weeks, and what a prescription is. smiley - groan
in otter news, gym. including one-leg/piston squats, whilst standing on bosu smiley - cool off to a fancy dress, sort of halowine, punk goth, rock, thing at pub tonight. smiley - evilgrin

rock

As in rock-climbing.

Was too smiley - ill Wednesday to make it to boot camp... = not sure what/why; I had a bit of a cold/sore throat, cough kind of thing, plus had my flu jab a few days before (but the sore throat thing had come along before the flu jab), and was just too sagging energy wise to make it to boot camp...
Went to gym Thursday, 40 minutes elyptical intervals, then weightlifting smiley - puff
Then, in the evening went rock climbing... - well, no actual rocks, just these synthetic 'walls' kind of thing, in a place nearby- not particularly 'propper' climbing walls; they're aimed at 'all ages',- although, this in some regards makes it more harder for so-called adults like myself; the hand-grips/ledges/holes etc, to grip whilst climbing, or put your feet on; are child sized!- making my hands way too big to grip most of them...

Nethertheless, I successfully climbed most of the walls, but a few were just too tricky, due to the small size of the bits one is ment to grip on...

once at the top (about 5 or 6 meters up), your ment to let go; the roap your on, then absails one down;

however.. I discovered climbing down, is a bigger challenge than climbing up- going up is all leg work, basically quads, and my quads are way more than adaquat, but, coming down, there's some good upper-body exercise to be had; especially the triceps so I got a really good tricep workout.
That day, Thursday, we walked to gym and back, to the climbing place and back, and, then in the evening, to the pub and back; almost 10 miles walking too that day smiley - puff

Was so achy yesterday, Friday, there was only one thing to do; went to gym, 40 minutes intervals on elyptical, and lifted weights for an hour smiley - puff

wasn't going to do anything last night, but a mental friend called me, so had to go out <ale smiley - ale

Tonight we're off out to see 'Cournal spankys love assembel' or however its spelt, at the pub, a band of some sort, I gather smiley - musicalnote

My arms and shoulders ache. smiley - puff

just did a mock exam for my fitness instructor exams... smiley - headhurts

This week coming, I've dentist Wednesday, blood tests and testosterone injection Friday at hospital, and a pituitary patient group meeting in a café, on Tuesday and I guess gym around that somewhere smiley - puff

Still need to make my leather mask for the halloine thing... smiley - erm

and, the mask? leather, natch, and with spikes, especially where the eyes would be. its for a party coming up the end of this month.... allhallow's eve or whatever its called, apparently. - it won't be a complete face-covering mask though; it needs a hole/space for me to drink through smiley - ale obviously smiley - snork I best get on and make it smiley - run

Friday, 15 minute warmup intervals elyptical, then 45 minutes mixed weights, with PT, including squats on bosu, core stuff on bosu, pushups on bosu, cable pulls on biceps, bench press, free weights, preacher bench etc., etc., smiley - puff

Ouch. I appear to have strained.... I think my lateral abs, well, something at the side, between bottom of ribs and top of the pelvic girdle smiley - laugh

Today, smiley - drumroll - I had a lay in!!!!! - not done one of those for …. a couple years... - I still woke at 7.30, but went back to sleep, and got up at nearly 10 AM smiley - wow

making Algerian cous cous (vegetable), for lunch, to try this new ras al hannout (sp?) spice the guys at our local halal shop got us to buy smiley - cool

Dinner tonight, is night two of the massive pot of lamb and veg stew/curry I made last night smiley - puff

In otter news, got letter (online), from bone nurse so amazingly badly dictated/mis-spelt, and inaccurate. apparently William Is my Father smiley - dohsmiley - laugh and, apparently 'we disused with Mr legs' smiley - laugh (I think that oughta have been discussed) smiley - laughsmiley - shrug
