Why when I go in a shop and ask for shampoo, do I get given shampoo and conditioner instead? Why when I go in a shop and ask for my brand of ciggerettes do I automatically get given the "medium strength", or "light" version, why do people in shops attempt to think for me, when I obviously know what the heck I want. I do whish people would stop thinking for me and give me SOME credit. It becomes bothersome, to constanly have to check I have actually been given what I have asked for.
