Red Dog is normal? 
Somebody mentioned either doggy dues or doggy doos a while back.I'm familiar with the second one 
, but not the first one. I didn't know dogs had money.

Well, the dues aren't paid in money, exactly. The IFC (International Federation of Canines) forbids us to tell you how precisely they are paid, but non-payment is a very serious offence and can result in excanination. Once a dog has been excaninated, he is shunned by all other dogs and just may resort to befriending cats. There was even one case where an excaninated dog and a cat were caught...well, it is just too painful to relate.
