I ended up working 7.30am to 9.30 pm yesterday and I'm back to do the number-crunching today, so you may have to eat without me and just stick mine in the fridge.

I'm surprised you don't want rice with your chilli Pinky - I almost always do, but the salad sounds great!

Have you noticed how the anti-heroes haven't done anything, but are whining about how long it's taking? I don't think it's a case for the Arena, but just make sure they don't get too rat-arsed or there could be trouble.

I don't want to have to scent-spray them.
