Not yet.. I think they're assuming it's another dog instead of a psychotic chicken doing the damage..

Yer relatively safe then, ... for now.
Does it atleast leave ya any fresh eggs, as part of it's "Room and Board"?

She's only paid rent the one time that is listed in my journal... though we did find a really old and no doubt toxic clutch of about 15 eggs in the neighbors 'junkpile' from construction..

Made me go back and read it again, didn't ya? Prior to adding you to my "Friend's List", I really hadn't call or cause to check out your journals. Sorry.
Anyway, as the evenings seem pretty quiet on h2g2 for quite some time, I'm off again. So elsewhere, or another day here, ... I'll see ya later, Lady.

Eleven hours ago, it certainly was. A very broken sleep, a busy day, a night of partying, ... Now it's midnight and I've caught a second wind.

I had every intention of a good nap as well. But thought I'd await Milady ...
She has Sunday church service from 11:30 to 12:30, this week was a belated "Mother's Day Brunch" of the congregation, and then followed by her first meeting as the Treasurer of the church council. Ummm, she didn't get home until going on 5. By then, too late for a nap, and I had the BBQ lit with seasoned potatoes already on it ...

The sauteed mushrooms and onions, boneless pork chops marinaded in an Italian dressing, and the generous (home made of course) burgers were all very good too.

Yum!
Our grilling endeavor tonight was rather modest.. chicken marinated in spices, white balsamic vinegar and olive oil plus some roasted s.. PC seems addicted to the way I roast the corn.
I find it funny that he had never had it that way before I made it, and it's really very simply done. You simply trim the tassle and peel away the very outer husks and roast them inside the husks. Then peel them and strip off the silk and just slather with butter. This is how they make it at pow-wows and has always been my favorite way to eat sweet summer corn.
At a pow-wow they'll roast them over the fire then when you get one they pull the husks down and tie them into a handle and dip them in melted butter. You walk around the pow-wow with butter goo running down your arm and corn in your teeth. Life is good.

I have no idea what we're in for tonight.. it will have to be without counters or indeed a kitchen sink for prep and cleanup though..

That would be a circumstance when we would call on our favourite little restaurant. Jointly owned by 3 Greek couples, they serve some very interesting and tasty chicken, beef, pork, seafood and pasta dishes. As well as common "North American" things. Economical place, that also happily provides anything off of the menu as a take-away. I'm particularly fond of their pork schnitzel, but can be easily swayed to any of a dozen other dishes ...
