Does that mean the s can answer some of those deep philosophical questions about trees in the woods and why the cold water is always on the right??

** Follows Batty into the kitchen to look at the tap**
Red on the left, blue on the right, looks normal.
** picks up a glass with his left hand and opens the cold tap with his right. Glass starts filling up **
Drinks from the fridge and closes the tap again **
Works fine
Guess it just grew this way, like driving on the right side.

'ning Lurcher dear.. can I get you something?
You just go right on driving on the left love. It makes life exciting.. especially here in the US..

That might explain all the problems I had last time I was over there.
Hmmm ..... explains a lot, that does
I`d love a drink Batty, something long, cold, and potent. I`ll leave it to you. Surprise me

*makes Lurcher a mojito with lots of 'extra' rum in it*
I just noticed I put 'angles' in the title instead of 'angels' *giggle* Guess I shouldn't have tried for a title change after drinking mojitos.. I think I'll keep it that way for posterity though..

Been wondering about that!
Thought it must have some significance I`d missed.
(I do tend to miss a lot you know)

I was just imagining going into my local pub and ordering a Mojito.
Probably get a bag of chilli flavoured crisps or something. Not that there`s anything wrong with my local, it`s a great place, but the range of drinks tends to be somewhat limited
There`s plenty of swish bars "down town" that would serve `em, but the prices are a touch astronomical. Too rich for impoverished folk like me

'swish bars'??
Alot of places here in Charlotte wouldn't know how to make one either... there are alot of Cuban people living in NYC (along with every other nationality) so a mojito was only as far as the nearest Cuban establishment...

Swish bars.....we have quite a few places now that serve many cocktail-type drinks...suppose I`d have to tell `em what a mojito consisted of, but they`d make one up, and charge accordingly!!

Lurcher, you may miss a lot, but I miss more!
(I might as well come in first in *something.*
Oops, maybe memory loss is not the place to do it,
though....)
Okay, I'll let you be on top on this one.

Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted May 27, 2002
I heard the brits are finally giving in and will be driving the right side of the road as of next week
They plan to change sides gradually though: On monday only those who are born on a monday will drive right. On tuesday they will be followed by the ones born on a tuesday and so on
But maybe it's just a rumour...
