Well, heartwarming news! Feel the good vibes from all of the hootoo community that has any passing acquaintance with you both! Yay!
Seriously, this is an unmissable chance. Compared to your previous and coming journeys, the trip to London for the 8th of January meet is a doddle. Let us toast you face to face in real booze!
Frenchbean, can you manage another star?

I had to leave my boy behind in Austin

Eek, just looking back over some of the threads about Beanpole. Oh how you had us fooled. Oh how it's a good job we like you so much or the embarrassment could be too much to deal with! Oh how many r and s are there in embarrassment?!
Jules (Stilling round the house for you two!)

Yeah, the thought had occured to me that it might be Gosho too, but then there was BV in the picture, so I had to cross him off the list of possible suspects.

Yes, I think that's what threw us all off the scent.

For some reason, I lost track of Gosho for a while. I didn't know there were any problems with Blue Valentine, though I wondered how come she didn't visit H2G2 very much...

Congratulations Gosho and Frenchbean!
Any chance of a 'couply' photo for the gallery? (and no, not one of both of your faces squashed on the scanner )

Weather: Sunshine. Not a cloud in the sky
The sunroom is positively sub-tropical
The snow that was forecast never materialised Unless I was too busy to notice

Congrats!
If you both pass London on the way, don't forget to drop in to see us. I know a couple of people who might like to say hi now that you are at least a little bit closer!

It took me awhile to figure out why this conversation was appearing on my list twice (it wasn't).
Congratulations to you both!

Hi, KerrAvon,
We sure did get their snow didn't we? It was a bit of a shock, and it is still bitterly cold. Birmingham rush hour was a nightmare last night apparently. Glad I stayed at home
See you have something to do with train tracks which is a sore point here, so we'll give it a miss.
Glad to have some warm news from Fb and Gosho(I shall miss Beanpole) as we need to something to brighten things up.
