Well, people do purchase ice cream in the supermarkets all year round. It's just that the vendors don't drive around the neighborhood trolling for kids with during the winter.

Again, I think your vendors sell them one a piece, while ours sell in bulk... And for that you need big money

Yup, it's usually one item at a time. I'm sure you could purchase a box of something if you wanted to, but they would charge the per item price. It would be cheaper to buy in bulk at the supermarket.

Here are some of the icecreams you can buy - the numbers in the green squares is the number of items in one package:

The shop opposite me put them out of the shop for winter. They said they still had them in the back and we could ask for them, but they are so busy we don't like to on a regular basis.
We're looking forward to them coming back!

why don't you try to make your own. no ice is better than homemade
here's an idea: why don't you sleep on it - biphasically

6.09 this morning
Using the clock seems to have had the effect that I now 'feel' when it's time to wake up. The last few mornings I've woken up a few minutes before the alarm has gone off.
So it seems as if I'm learning to recognise my sleep cycles...

good for you!
this morning i was wondering if i had accidentally turned my alarm off, but as it turned out it was only 3.30am...

Oddly enough, my sleep cycles seems to be 95 minutes long rather than 90 minutes.
Well, that explains some things...
5 x 90 minutes = 7.5 hours
5 x 95 minutes = 7.9 hours
So I guess I should go to bed around 8 hours before I have to get up.

Last night, I went to bed just after midnight and set the wake-up time to 8.15, and the alarm went off at 8.08.

That aæso describes me. Sig. S. whois raised in Southern Europe and siesta masters the powernap and the longer spells of sleep during the day.
I'm all for the making love during the hours from 13-18 though - and leave him sleeping.

Sometimes I think I'd do anything to avoid waking up while I'm dreaming - it takes so long to wake up and I feel awful!
How are you feeling in yourself with this? Has it made improvements to your mood, etc? Also are you napping?
Just interested!

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Feb 18, 2008
Not napping yet, no. I had a tummy flu a couple of days ago and gave temporarily up any attempts of managing my sleep pattern...
But the alarm definitely goes off when I'm almost or already awake - it hasn't even once sounded when I've been dreaming or fast asleep.

....which makes it much easier to get out of bed.
