Have you seen Gary Cole in American Gothic? I think it was on sci-fi recently.

He was shiveringly good as an evil Sheriff. I think I shall have to watch it all over again.

What about the Colonel in Space Above and Beyond? White haired guy, can't remember his name now. I would follow him into the jaws of death, providing I had a good view of his butt! smiley - tongueout

The mermaid I mean.
I really wish Harry Kim would not have been so scared of me, early on in the Voyager episodes.
He would have got the ride of his life.smiley - bigeyes

O yes - I have a doctor I really really fancy. I don't dare go to him any more. I think he sort of likes me, too - he always comments, on looking at my card, that we are both the same age!

And one priest we once had - he had such beautiful eyes. I didn't dare go to Communion!

I've had female Docs for the last 20 years, so I'm not going there.

Have we done Rutger Hauer?

I have only every had bad experiences with female doctors. Although some of my female friends are doctors, but I wouldn't consult them.

I have also had bad experiences with male doctors. But having been butchered by a female gynaecologist during an operation, had a female dentist with bad breath, and a very unsympathetic female gynaecologist who diagnosed missing periods as being pregnant and sergeant-majored me into taking some very strong tablets to induce an abortion, only to find out later from a male gynaecologist that I had actually a serious inflammation of the ovaries - well, I am wary of them.

Oh yuk, bad luck with the docs there! My eye doc is scrummy, and it's hard not to notice when they're looking deep into your own peepers!

Who said "have we 'done' Rutger Hauer"? Only in my dreams, hun! smiley - blush He's fantastic (although now he's a little portly!) Especially in A Breed Apart and the smiley - stout ads. (hate thouse new ones, I want Rutger back)

Firemen do it for me every time. Something about the way they're often shown in slo-mo. I love slo-mo.... Pity we've been seeing so many sad ones recently (firemen I mean)... I want to hug them all.

It was really smiley - cool the way firemen used to chuck their waterproof trousers and wellies out of the fire engine and then leap in to them, pulling the whole lot on in one go!

The new US style uniforms are not nearly as sexy smiley - sadface

Caught up with my recording of Stargate last night. What a boring episode, not nearly enough of Jack in action. How did they get back to SG Command? Last thing I remember from the week before was the replicants running all over Apophis' sheilding.

Now Apophis does look like a god, hadn't really noticed him before, been too busy watching Jack. smiley - winkeye

Rutger Hauer never did it for me...not Dolph Lungren either!
I must have strange taste?
I am going into Grimsby in a few minutes and I *am* going to buy that mag I was reading off the shelf last week, the one with ~sigh~ Ben Browder on the front. I can still see his eyessmiley - bigeyes

Don't buy the one that got slurped all over by someone....

Firemen... sigh! That Friends ep was great.

I was at the airport last Monday, it is scary how they now have patrols of a 12year old and a 14year old with machine guns!!!

Also, I loved that Stargate, one of my favs of all time now! I love to see what motivates someone like Teal'c to stay with the SGC.

And someone I know somewhere else (where all we talk about is Stargate!) pointed out that Michael Flatley could be a Goa'uld. I mean he's convinced he's a god, and he wears... well, what does he call those costumes? Apophis looked like he might be about to dance off into an orange fireball with those replicators! (they got back because they were back in their own galaxy, and could just fly off in the glider they drove out of the mothership. Pay attention or I'll make you watch it again!)

smiley - laugh Sorry Sho, I usually miss chunks of programmes cos I rush out to post on h2g2, lose track of the time, go back to find I've lost track of what's going on! smiley - sadface

I spent most of this week's racking my poor brain cell trying to remember what happened the week before! I will be watching it again when No1 son returns from Uni as I have a long list of programmes I have to record for him.

Went out for a pizza last night, one of the waiters was sooooo good looking, but had to behave as I was out with hubby and No2 son.

I was on a Farscape board and followed a link to an interview with the lovely BB... he's a bit... odd! Great sense of humour though.

Did we mention Colin Firth (esp as Mr. D'Arcy) at all? Slurp! letch! And Sean Bean as Sharpe?? *faints*

The mag was pretty good.
The pics inside are ~swoon~
There is a great pic with Crichton and Aeryn Sun, both of them dressed in black leather, her bent backwards over his knee.
Now, I could scan this pic and email it out to any interested parties.smiley - bigeyes

Yes please to the Emailed picture GB! smiley - tongueout

Sorry that I've not been around much...A rather busy real life has been too intrusive on my play time. smiley - erm

Does anyone like Ed Harris (tall, blond, handsomely rugged and starred in "The Abyss")? smiley - angel

Wasn't Sci-Fi's Fartscape sad last night? smiley - cry I can't believe that I have to wait until next Sunday for the conclusion. smiley - yikes

To hark back several postings ago to Richard Burton's voice (and his eyes, smile, demeanour....smiley - tongueout). I would describe his voice as "vibrant".

Did anyone see Rutger Hauer in Lexx? smiley - bigeyes

Was that way of writing Farscape intentional, Gwennie?

I can't say I fancy Ed Harris, but he is a damn compelling actor. (Again Apollo 13). The most compelling of them all is Samuel L. Jackson, but by no stretch of the imagination can anyone find him good-looking, I would say.
