May I just mention how totally Elijah Wood is (non-hobbity version)?

It must get you around the change - this lusting after young men in puberty. I have found that all those kids that made my knees week a year or two ago don't have that effect once they reach 18. Which either means that they are out of puberty or I am through the change.
What happens then?
Oh well - Pirates is out here now. The chaps at work have decided we could go and see it together - we had a scream going to see Dare Devil all together. The film was crap, but the company was fun. Which means I might have to wait a bit before I go and see it. In our paper this morning it said that Johnny Depp based his character on Keith Richards. Hmmm. This throws even more interesting light on the thing.

otC opens in Germany on Tuesday.
I'm desperately looking for:
a) a showing in English
and
b) a baby sitter
no luck on either front so far
I have never letched young men in my life, really. Not the way I do now. It could have something to do with the explosion of grey hair and wrinkles, plus the impending big-four-oh () that's doing it to me.
Please tell me it will stop soon?

It is quite interesting watching the additional stuff on the TTT as the lads' faces change quite a lot over the 3 or so years that it took to make the films.

It's amazing to see how the young hobbits and boy have grown up
especially Elijah Wood and boy
(not that I have an boy obsession or anything)
I can't wait for the DVDs but I'm holding out until November.

I haven't heard form Gwennie for ages, she hasn't replied to my email. Do you have any news, Sho? I do hope she is alright.

I'll mail her. I'm pretty sure she'll be back home this week because of school starting.

She replied to my original one, saying she'd probably ring, but nothing since.
Please give her my love when you mail her.

if I hear nothing I'll mail again later in the week, and possibly call at the weekend

I'll try to remember to give her a call tomorrow.
But... remembering my own name is going to be a problem... I have found a cinema showing of the Caribbean in English.

I'm going to see it tomorrow. Just me. man is taking the Gruesome Twosome out for the day, and I'm off to the big city of Cologne on my own (oohhh er missus!) to drool at the Deppster and and ex-
