That's so sad... I don't really know what to say to be honest that won't sound hackneyed and empty words... except that my thoughts are with you and your family.

You can call me TC

No TV this week for me - too much work - lots of other appointments. And too tired.

Will be thinking of you today AGB.

In fact, I will make it a personal commemorative day for all the other people who were inexplicably taken from us. There are a few others I can think of which leave you with a head full of fury and of question marks.

I hope you have a beautiful autumn day worthy of the occasion.

It was a worthy Autumn day...one of the worst of my life without a doubt. My 6 foot son howled...smiley - cry

The sun shone through the church window during the service, and afterwards at the cemetery, it was windy but the rain held off until after I got home from the pub.

I'm chillin' now with a bottle of which was a housewarming smiley - gift from my old neighbour.

And I have a friend calling later with a takeaway.smiley - smiley

Right now I'm going to curl up and watch Quinn on Sliders then new Stargate, I've heard that Daniel is in tonight's episode.smiley - wow

Hi Werekitty! Oh more sci-fi letchers in the thread... yippeeeeeeeee!

friendlyw.teeth: Prophet hangs around here, he might like whats-her-face (sorry, never heard of her)

Dylan looked mighty fine on monday, but not fine enough to keep me tuned in when Dalziel and Pascoe started.

Farscape was a bit odd... that pile of sick was disgusting! I'm fresh from a wet-t-shirt version of Daniel Jackson on the Sky early Stargate showing, and anyone around who can watch the new episode tonight tune in... it's a good 'un. (I'll be watching the Bill unfortunately)

And, I got a promotion at work, which means that I have to get out there and sweet-talk the customers. First go at it in a trade fair in Munich in November... I just made a lunch date with my gorgeous customer with the lovely hands. OOOOhhhh er!

GB: how are you? I thought of you a lot today. smiley - cuddlesmiley - redwine

Jack was lovely last night smiley - smiley The men folk decided that Carter is looking rather 'haggard' which I thought was somewhat uncalled for!

No good lookers in Odyssey 5 sadly.

I must read the D&P books one day. I want to know if Dalziel is depicted quite so strongly and crudely in the books.

I must admit I prefer Jack's humour and rugged good looks to Daniel's allergies! (please don't beat me up)

I'm with you on that werekitty, Jack is so smiley - cool

Whilst leaf peeping, I saw a tv advert over there for phone time/cards or something with RDA. I was so busy watching his smiley - coolness smiling that I didn't take in the advert at all! smiley - loveblush

I've never seen Pride & Pred smiley - sadface

Leaf peeping? Wassat, Caerwynn?smiley - huh

Thanks Sho, I'm ok. My friend didn't make it round last night because I was too wiped out & I texted him to tell him to make it another night instead.
He decided to take me out for lunch today.smiley - loveblush
As I'm really starting to like him, I asked him when his birthday is..

smiley - headhurts
Not only is he another smiley - bleep Virgo, but he shares the same birthday as my little boy's sperm donor.

smiley - grr

There is no chance of anyone getting beaten up in here because they prefer Jack to Daniel.
Most of us here lust after them both, and I wouldn't kick either out of bed smiley - winkeye
but if I had to choose one it would be Jack, I love his dry wit and sardonic grins and straight-to-the-point-no-pussyfooting-around; but then, during last night's episode, I wanted to tear that jumper off Daniel with my teethsmiley - biggrin
smiley - tongueout

How did your lunch go, with Mr Lovely Hands, Sho?

That jumper was rather nice, I spent a fair bit of the programme wonderign what it would look like on Jack smiley - winkeye

seems I generally get to keep Daniel to myself... slurp! I haven't seen it on tv yet (just squinty) but he does look mighty fine, and I have to say that I just fell for the Angst-ridden-tortured Jack too.

Caerwyn: all the girlies on the stargate board I go to keep drooling over RDA and his phonecard ad.

*drifts off thinking of the wet-shirt-scene in P&P*

where was I?? Oh yes, the Sky early Stargate yesterday involved Daniel in a wet t-shirt... *drifts off again*

My lunch with Mr. Lovely-hands is on 14th November, when I'll be all sick-and-tired-and-fed-up of Electronica. ho hum, that will take my mind off it I'm sure.
