Right, definitely think positive re: mental state.
So, first
Next, breathe deeply & try & achieve failing that, scream loudly at the next person who annoys you.
Remember you are in a huge & maybe nutty, but definitely nice circle of fiends who all wish you well.
And obviously, don't forget your &
. With a loo brush & matching towel, nothing can possibly go wrong.

I suppose there are other uses for superfloo-us loo brushes, but I can't think of one at the moment.

I will bet that GB can think of enough uses to make an entry of it.
11am - that's 4am my time - I'll have to sleep positively. But I'll do it.
Here's hoping for the best results.

OK I've been holding up really well all week, but I'm really starting to panic now. I mean, I want to flap, seriously. Someone hold my hand, please.

I know everyone's been telling you that you'll be fine (and you will!), but a few last minute panics are bound to happen - cleaning's always a good one to take your mind off of it....or a walk....or...who am I kidding, I'm not going to take your mind off of it. If you want to have a panic - have a panic!

Annie,
*holds out hands* Deep deep slow breath...let it out......Again......and again. It does help honestly.
It will soon be over. Just breathe deeply and count your Hoot Too friends as you go to sleep and it will be morning before you know it.
I have one too, but they don't see any need to do anything about it at the moment thank goodness, so I have an idea how you feel.
Sure everything will be
