My apologises GB. Please, either assume I said "than she was never born at all, and you never had the chance to know her", or that I never posted at all, which ever will give you the most comfort.

I'm thinking of you GB.
I wish Laura's family knew how many people they don't know where thinking of them too.

It's ok, KerrAvon.
Caerwynn, I told my son on Sunday night that I have friends all over the world who are also mourning our loss.
Well it's Wednesday, and I have to go get ready.
I thought I was all cried out, but I'm not.
My daughter told me last night that Allan went to say goodbye to Laura at the funeral home, on Monday night.
How brave was that...I'm so proud of him.
*deep breath*
We will be at St Peter's Church in St Peter's Avenue, Cleethorpes, at 11am, for the service, if any of you want to think about us at the time.
Once again, thank you all dear friends, I don't know what I'd do without you.

Nothing I can say except that I'm thinking of you and yours and sending you my love.
I'm hoping that you had a lovely bright Autumn day today....to show you that despite the pain of loss and despair, the sun can still shine.

The sun did shine, the whole time.
The church was packed, it was a beautiful ceremony.
The flowers......were gorgeous.
But it still didn't feel right, watching them put her in the ground.
I want to scream and wail at the unfairness of it all, but right now, I've lost an arguement with a bottle of chilled wine.
*gulp*

It's not fair AGB, and no-one can pretend that Life is ever fair.
Sometimes bad things happen to good people...
please make sure to let your grief and your anger (and whatever other emotion that you are feeling) *out* - don't let them fester away inside of you to make you ill.
Scream into your pillow, or take a walk in a park and pretend that you are shouting/calling for your dog.....
whatever helps you to express your pain.
When I lost my son I kept a tight lid on all of my pain and grief.....and made myself mightily ill in the process.
We need you, we love you and if this is the only place where you can let rip, then please do so - we'll all understand.

Tom Sawyer found chopping wood a good way of venting anger.
You haven't got any more plaster needing bashed off walls have you?
