Well, now I get it.... and would have if my mind was mathematical... maybe... But I wasn't talking about just ANY gross, but the gross of my own expression.

I searched on the BBC and found above link with
"h2g2 - Synaesthesia BBC Best Link"
that BBC Best Link and h2g2 sound very good!

didn't know that!
It's smells that have that effect on me, with my memory. I only have to smell "Flash" (cleaning powder) and I'm 8 years old and walking through my parents shop...

Galaxy Babe that is a memory of past event.
people with synaesthesia see coloured or taste words.
- the coloured synaesthesia see the word in living colour. each one sees different colours for words.
- the food synaesthesia taste the word in their mouth each one sees different tase for words.
both synaesthesia the word is not always related with a colour or a taste.

Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted Mar 18, 2005
reading the words "The Gross of my Expression" made me think "twist of my sobriety", an interesting title for an interesting song by an interesting singer with an interesting name: tanita tikaram.
i once heard her introduced by ringo starr as "tanitatatikaram" which was kind of double-funny, because at the time he had no clues whatsoever about sobriety
he has now, good old ringo
oops this is not the rambling-thread it's the romance thread
