If your total at the video store is $4.02, and you just pay with $5.00 because you are too lazy to dig out 2 cents to make the change even, and the video store guy instead of just giving the $.98 change starts digging into his own pockets to add 2 cents so that you will get back an even $1.00, does that mean he is hitting on you?
