I'll stick to my Punto and the cheesy radio then! I like the Beautiful South tho'
Actually, Simply Red are really popular here so they're on the radio all the time, but then again, Portugals most popular foreign artists this year are The Scorpions, which doesn't say much for the taste here!
There are some quite catchy songs in Portuguese and i do like to pretend to sing along to them, just to get into the spirit!

Never seriously that I can remember or thats stuck in my mind.
I can remember having to share sweeties with bro and sis and stuffing a handful in my pocket first so that i got extra!
Oooh, and we used to cheat at the pub quiz night weekly! But that was the owner cheating for us so I have no guilt there!

I can remember cheating on my english homework once. We had to write about how newspapers were made and since dad was a journalist all his working life, he dictated it all off the top of his head and I just wrote it down!!
Got an A+ for that, and the english teacher read it out in class. She said it was one of the best researched and composed pieces of work she had seen from a pupil in her life!!!!
My dad was chuffed!!!

Actually, i do remember nicking a story idea for English from the 5 minute fiction page in my mums Bella magazine or something like that!
Just the idea, i wrote the story myself! It never raised any comment and so couldn't have got a great mark!!

You only want to buy a new mobile to get rid of that new stalker you were unlucky to pick up!!
It's a topsy turvey world over there, you get paid on funny days as well!! I assume you get paid monthly rather than weekly?
I hope you do get to the beach - make the effort and go read your book in the sun!

Hello, hello, hello
I want a new mobile so I can get cool tunes on it! Thats my primary concern. The fact that this one is falling to bits is just an added bonus! I'll have to keep the same sim card so I'm stuck with any stalkers I've got. (Don't be telling AM that though, I've told him that I've moved to Antartica with the penguins!)
I get paid on first of the month but was a couple of days late this month cos I was in and out of the office so much! I get cash!!!!!!!!(little bit of a tax dodge going on there i feel!)
Tomorrow is beach or bust day!!!!

Why do you want a mobile with silly tunes on? Are you a big kid??
Whatever you do don't get that frog on a motorbike one - I really hate that!!
Which one you gonna get then? I've got a Panasonic one that I must have had for a couple of years or more. It's a bit battered now, but I can still text and ring people up - even peeps who live a long way away!!!

I want a big pretty one with a coloured screen and nice tunes cos i AM a big kid Cant cope with li'l flippy ones, I just lose them! I'm best with brick effect ones cos they don't hide in the bottom of your bag!
And i don't want a camera one cos phones are for phoning and cameras are for taking photos and I don't see how the two match!
And it has to be Nokia cos I'm easily confused with other manufacturers buttons.

Its not possible to buy a phone nowadays without a camera is it? Dunno, I've not bothered looking for ages. If you get one with a camera on, you can send pictures to your stalker. Hmmmm, maybe thats why you dont want the camera!!!
And they are all tiny now, its the new thing!! I can't see you getting to the beach now, you'll spend all day looking for a huge pretty brick with a colour screen and no camera. I can assure you, they just don't make em like that no more....
The first one I ever had was called a Telecom Bronze. It weighed about half a tonne and had a handle you carried it with!! Mind you, that was about 17 years ago - god I sound old....

I'm not gonna spend a fortune on one cos i'll just break it again. I like the new Nokia 3510i. It's not got any camera on it, and its fairly sizeable!!! And its a nice colour and has cool tunes!!! Perfect!
I started out with a Philips brick thing, I loved it! I'm same with phones as i am with clothes, don't want nowt fashionable or fancy, just something that does the job!

Well, I've worked out that when you are 18 in december, then I will still be the same age, so you will be getting older and I will be getting younger. Give that a few years and you'll overtake me, granny!!

No, it's closed season for a few months now, a chance to catch up on repairs and do all the nasty jobs that I have been putting off for ages. One needs a complete rebuild now, cos I've rolled it too many times, one needs a lot of welding and the others just need a bit of TLC.
Tommorow I have to go and see the guys at the ozone co. There's a reliability problem that needs investigating before it costs many more pennies and then after that I hope to go greenlaning with Sis and Chris. We may go out for a meal in the evening, but that's not been decided yet, cos we might go tonite after the art gallery thingy - it all depends on how late it finishes.
I'm not really a great one for planning things, I tend to just go with the flow and see what happens...
