I had the stereo on in the car REALLY loud on the way to the shops and back. Haven't done that for ages...

Yeah! Depends on which station. You can normally find a few half decent tunes!

When I left Beja, I had to decide whether to take the corsa with CD player or punto with air con! I must be growing up cos i took the punto! Coming into summer, air con is a must! It does have a bigger engine though, even if it is a sardine can to drive!

What do you class as a half decent tune then, or do you just not mind as long as it's cheesy???

I think you are right about the aircon, you can always buy a cd player and put it on the seat. I was gonna have aircon in mine, but decided it wasn't worth the money for the two days of sun we get a year!! I've got it in the range rover, you do notice it when it finally does get warm!!!

According to my weatherpixie, its 25 degrees here today and my car's been sitting in the sun since 9am! I'll be glad of the air con when I get in it tonight!

A half decent tune is a singy song! One that you can sing along too and is very cheery! Can be anything from cheesy pop to country to dance tunes that you can tap to! It CANNOT be hiphoppy type r'n'b carp!

I must admit I do like Simply Red. Saw them in concert for the first time last year, after following them for years. They are my favourite band of all time, but they haven't necessarily produced my favourite song of all time, if you get my drift...
