morning honey
the snacks sound wonderful - I'll certainly look out for them. Off during the early hours of Monday morning so we should be sitting sipping something by mid-afternoon I reckon
Looking forward to the sunshine - having had a week of lovely weather we're now back to grey skies, high winds and chilly temps!
Glad to hear you're well, it was lovely to pop in and find a message from you.
I'll leave you lots of s s es and es now, just in case i don't get time to pop back before the end of the weekend. And I certainly couldn't go away without leaving you double supplies of

morning Darrell
time passes pretty quickly for sure but it was nice to see Gary popping his head round the door again
Greece was fabulous - a 2 minute walk from the room to the beach, stopping at the bar on the way thru of course
The weather was hot, the local was wonderful - not so sure I'm that keen on the food but it was perfectly fine evenso. All in all I would quite happily have stayed there
How have things been for you honey?
Thanks for all the es ... loads of coming your way

Good morning Karen!
Glad you enjoyed it...certainly sounds nice! And yes, I suppose Greek food is a bit of an acquired taste, I must admit I rarely eat it. Though it's not all that bad- I could eat greek-only,but wouldn't want to for too terribly long...y'know without some change!
But I've been ok, had another bifthday*sigh*...sem to come whether you want 'em or not, right? And summer is getting underway, so weather is good-for us, at lrast!

oooohhhhh belated Happy Birthdays then honey
Did you do anything nice to celebrate??
Sending you some birthday es and s and lots of extra special to make up for missing the day

Karen
I did, was out for a nice pasta meal with the immediate family , then & s at my parents' place...& a larger family gathering this past Saturday. Oh you needn't worry too much about missing the day, a trip/holiday to Greece rather overshadows a mere birthday(at least in my opinion). And as the adage says "better late than never". Leaving loads'n'loads of ...'n's...'n'all!

morning honey
sounds like you had a good day - I'm glad the family spoiled you, that's what birthdays are for isn't it
Was a Big Birthday? Shouldn't ask that really should I
Well, all down-hill til Christmas now eh!
Glad you've got some good weather over there as well - we've finally gotten rid of the rain and cold and (hopefully) summer has started The forecast for June is brilliant, which is slightly worrying because they are so rarely right
Sending you the usual supplies of s es es and s and as ever vast celebratory shedloads of

I had a suspicion it was the big 5-0 this year - I know you and I are much of an age - but it's never good to wade in without checking first
Well, double congratulations in that case honey
What plans for the weekend?
We've got a bit of a mini heat-wave going on here but unfortunately I'll be shopping for birthday for my girls on Saturday so sun or no sun, it won't really make any difference. Sunday hopefully I'll get some opportunity to get out in the good weather
Whatever you're up to hope you have a good time
I'll catch up with you again soon
for you my friend and as usual just tons and tons of

Hello Karen! Big
It sneaks up on us a bit like a steakth burglar I suppose. But
No real definite plans for the weekend. Perhaps a trip to the farmer's market. I was thinking of actually making a bit of a trip to the one near the center of the city(a number of newr residential complexes ther or near there). Unlike the local market, it's outdoors/open-air and the weather's been a bit wet. I suppose time will tell*shrugs*.But with the shopping & enjoy your Sun., if not a bit of Sat. evening too!
Leaving loads of s'n'es'n'all! And much larger loads of

morning honey
Hope you enjoyed your trip to the farmers market even tho it was almost a week ago now
I had a good time shopping - it was the first of England's World Cup games last Saturday (apparently) so the shopping mall was like a town! It turned out that although the weather was perfect for an afternoon in the garden with the deckchair, I couldn't have chosen a better time to do the annual birthday shop
I'm not a football fan at all and have, mercifully, managed to miss every single game so far How about you? Do you watch any of it?
Well, I thought I'd pop by before the weekend and say hello as I seem to have managed to disconnect myself from the internet at home *sigh* A bit of Housekeeping a couple of nights ago means I now can't get on-line. No idea why, everything seems to still be there but it just resolutely refuses to play
Hey-ho. No worries as I can still pop in from work
Well m'dear - hope you're well and looking forward to a good weekend.
I'd best send you super family-sized supplies of s es es and s this time being as I definitely can't call back over the weekend. Naturally there are also the usual vast containerloads of making their way to you even as we speak!
Take care honey - chat again soon

Mornin' Karenor I expect it will be when you read this, ?
Actually (homebody that I'm becoming-and rather alarmingly so)I never did get to the farmer's market - best laid plans'n'all... I am really am planning on going tomorrow, weather permitting. I've set my sights on the outdoor market, so time will tell.
No I haven't watched any of the World Cup, although there certainly is a 'buzz' in the city, particularly among the German and Italian communities(and I suppose elsewhere if I were to poke around in search of it!)
But yes another weekend is upon us-in fact it should be reaching you*glances at watch*about...now! Hope to catch you soon, but definitely leaving plenty of s'n'es'n'all! And never Ever any shortage of
Yes you take care too Muv/luv...chat soon!
