She had a great time ... I think! She's been fairly comatose since she arrived home on Sunday - I get the impression that sleeping didn't really come into the itinerary. No doubt once she gets past the grunting stage I'll have more idea!

That's quite alright Karen! One has to allow for all the 'distractions' that take you or I or any one of us either away from the computer or offline completely(at one time or another). I did sleep well ...hope that your day & evening went well. I imagine you're sleeping quite soundly right now, as I wasn't online until later in the day-my time. So leaving you Huge supplies of s'n'es'n'all! And twice as much Big

HI Darrell
just found your last message to have missed you. I've been fine thanks, just lots going on here which seems to be taking my time. How about you honey? How's things with you?? Hope you're keeping warm over there - we've been pretty cold of late but not nearly so bad as they've had things further north where some places had a shedload of snow quite suddenly a couple of days ago No fun at all
What are you up to this week? I've got one of *those* weeks! Out with a friend last night for a meal, Thursday - meeting another friend for a drink after work, Friday - another meal with the people I work with .... isn't it just typical that everything happens at once then there'll be nothing more for months and months you just watch Thankfully at the moment the weekend is blissfully quiet ....
So, just in case our paths don't cross again for a while, I'm leaving you some s es s and es and, of course, heaps and heaps and heaps of

Hi Karen!
That's ok, I've been rather busy too...a fair bit going on here as well. But I'm fine & staying warm isn't a problem as we're currently having the warmest winter in quite some time. Cross countryers are ing now but their season started 4 months late. There simply wasn't enough snow in either Nov., Dec., Jan. or most of Feb. And although we have a substantial amount of snow now it's just cold enough to keep it from melting. Which is approximately 6 to 8 degrees warmer than it could be this time of year.
So yes, leaving you plenty ofs'n'es'n's'n'es. And of course Plenty more, Plenty more

morning
how's things? Glad to hear you're ok and keeping busy over there
nothing much to report from this end really, we still have some cold weather here - the coldest winter since the 1930s apparently - but the clocks go forward this weekend so at least then it'll feel as if summer's on the way. I'm sitting here typing this and it's bright blue skies and sunshine but there's still ice on the pond!
Well, just thought I should drop by with the ususal supplies for you ... don't want the stock depleting too much! So I'm leaving you the usual s and es, es and s and, of course, just vast truckloads of

Hello Karen!
Glad things are going well...cold but well otherwise I assume. Nto exactly sure when our clocks spring ahead. Reasonably bright blue skies as I type this though it is quite cool out there(0 C). The sun is in the orocess of setting however so another evening will soon be descending upon us.
No it would Never do to let supplies run low! So I'm leaving an extra-large assortment of s'nes'n's'n'es. And of course vast quantities of ...and a Very big

hi honey
goodness me, is it really 2 weeks since we spoke last! I can't believe I've managed to go that long without the usual exchange of es and s and all
Just thought I'd pop by and see how you are - has the weather perked up any out there? Things here are gradually warming up, then just for the hell of it we get a snowfall but the spring flowers are all out so if you stay indoors and look at it all out of the window you can almost kid yourself summer's on the way
I've had a busy week so far- the girls are at their Dad's for a whole week (oops, did I really say that out loud??!?) so I've been dashing around trying to catch up with all the people I don't get time to see normally. What've you been up to?
We've got a nice long weekend coming up as well for Easter - any plans? Any lined up? I've got a friend coming up from the south coast to stay for a couple of days so I'm looking forward to that
Well, you take care my friend .... guess what? Yup, I'm sending you extra cartloads of es s es and s this time round and two whole weeks worth of
oooooh, and some s for Easter

Hi Karen!!
Yes great to hear from you and I can't quite believe it's been two weeks either! I'm also I didn't find this earlier! The weather is warming up...it's only about 9 C right now, but that's a late night temperature - I've heard it'll each 17 C Thurs. afternoon. No unfortunately no big plans & not really any planned for the immediate future. Right Muv/luvI will take care...be sure to do the same! And yes, lots ofes'n's'n'es'n's. And twice as much

Hi Darrell
Good to hear from you - we're all ok. Thanks also for all the s 'n' all. How are things with you?
I missed you last night - I left you the message then started to and suddenly was really really ... you know how sometimes it just hits you like a brick ? Yep, that was what happened So I kinda imagined that you'd find the message eventually and we'd catch up sometime soon and staggered off to bed
So - what's been going on in your life? Anything exciting?
We've had some good weather the last week or 2 and it seems like summer might be just round the corner. I'm off on holiday for a week at the end of the month - a week in Greece which will be just grand! The girls are staying with their Dad for the week and it's the first real, grown-up holiday I've had for ... ... about 18 years!! Can't wait!!! Other than that, nothing much to report apart from the usual domestic chaos
Well, I'm glad we've caught up at last! Come back and tell me all your news I'm sending you lots and lots and lots of s and s and es and es cos I've sure missed them lately and of course, extra large supplies of

Hi Karen!...
Good to find your message waiting...I'm doing fine & it's certainly good to know things are alright there. That's understandable, missing each other...the time difference is the culprit so don't worry about it. We can still catch up like this which is great.
Nothing too terribly exciting going on...welcoming newbies & continuing to roast beans & of course a bit of reading. Very ordinary things really - newspaper, magazines & the odd bit on the 'net here. In fact I was doing a bit of vicarious travelling just last night. Reading an article about in Portugal, on the CoffeeGeek site. Weather's reasonably nice here just now although quite cool, 13 C but very nice'n'sunny.
Oh Greece'll be terrific!I'm so happy for you! Do have an ouzo or spanakopita for me.Eighteen years, that's certainly a long awaited holiday! Hope to catch you before you leave.
Of course leaaving hugge containerloads of and of course a couple large containerloads of assorted s'n'es'n'all!
'lo Muv!
Researcher 1214535 Posted May 8, 2006
thanks for all those s and things honey ... sending some back to you as well
I'll certainly have an ouzo, or maybe even 2, in your honour when I'm on my hols ... not sure what the other stuff you mentioned is but I'm banking on it being something good to drink in which case I'll have one or 2 of those as well
Glad to hear you're keeping up with the reading ... I must get myself a couple of good books to take away with me. I've still got a booktoken going wanting from my birthday, so that'll give me ample excuse to get myself into the bookshop one lunchtime and have a browse.
Still no there? I'm sure last time we spoke you said there hadn't been too much live stuff around lately. Is that usual for your club? Perhaps it's all started again by now - hopefully so Have you got a summer full of festivals to look forward to again this year? I can't believe how the time is passing - my girls birthdays are both in June and they'll be on top of us before we know it at this rate
Well, I'd best go and get myself some lunch before work starts again this afternoon. Good to catch up with you my friend - you take care won't you.
Sending you all the usual s es es and s and vast truckloads of in case our paths don't cross again for a while

jaz'd(ace & yada yada *sigh* chocolate yada) Posted May 18, 2006
Hello Karen!
Actually the spanakopita is something you might be nibblin' on with your ouzo. It's spinach & that Greek Feta cheese in phyllo (sp?) - quite nice really! Can't quite recall where I first had them, but the little Greek pavilion/kiosk at our Heritage Days festival http://www.heritage-festival.com usually has them on their mini-menu every year.
Hope things are going well. It's sunny & about 19.6 C...unlike the 27 & 29 C days we've been having. Although it's not even noon yet, so it could be at least 3 or 4 degrees warmer in the afternoon.
Just thought I'd stop by to leave vest containerloads of and huge containers of assorted s'n'es'n's'n'es! And maybe some ...& ...and another .
