ah yes, I'd forgotton what a nightowl you are
Glad the day went well ... I'm sitting here this morning waiting for a washing machine to be delivered. Consequently, there's not an awful lot I can do for fear of missing the men
A good excuse to catch up on some reading tho!
The certainly sounds promising ... always good to find a local group doing well

Well this is somewhat of a side prject. Both the flautist & the guitarist are music instructors at a local college...so this is a fine creative outlet.

I should think performing is much more fun than teaching. Enjoy the concert anyway
well, my washing machine has just arrived so now I can tackle the washing mountain. I've been without a machine for 2 weeks and consequently have only been doing what has been absolutely necessary. Sadly, I'm quite excited to be back in action

two weeks...I imagine the laundry definitely would accumulate.
I would assume the performing is more enjoyable. However it's certainly reassuring to have the steady income from teaching. But yes I will enjoy it, I've been eagerly awaiting the event.
Hope to catch you soon my good friend. Leaving you Loads of s'n'es. And Extra-large loads of

how lovely to find a supply of s and es here waiting for me, they're always appreciated and always always enjoyed
well, caught up with the washing eventually although it looks a bit like a chinese laundrey here with things on hangers spread around the upstairs drying. The girls have been at their dad's house for the weekend so at least I've been able to hang things in their bedrooms out of the way. I hadn't realised quite how much washing the 3 of us accummulate until this last couple of weeks
The rest of the weekend was good too ... ventured out to a local winebar/coffee shop with a friend last night which made a pleasant change. She and I went to London together a couple of weekends ago to see the musical version of Billy Elliot up there. I've worked with her for the last 8 years but until that we've had very little to do with each other. The trip to London definitely broke the ice - better late than never eh?
Today I've had quite a lazy day I have to admit. I've caught up with some reading and sent some overdue e-mails and that's been about it really. You must be in the middle of your Sunday afternoon about now I guess - hope you're also having a relaxing weekend. Is it tonight you're out to see your local artists? I hope it lives up to expectations and you have an enjoyable evening honey
Well, I've just made a so I'm off for 5 minutes with my book while I drink it then I really should put some of this washing away!
Take care my friend
I'm returning your gift of and and leaving you lots of to go with it

I didn't reply earlier Karen, I was away from the compuer cooking a late lunch when you posted. And of course when I did find the posting I neglected to reply right awy. Needless to say it was eventually 'pushed back' by the more active threads. Then of course I didn't hear from you today. So I decided to leave a posting for you to find Tues..
I had suspectec that the two weeks worth of laundry include that from both girls. So yes I imagine that would be quite an accumulation...I'm sure the Chinese laundry analogy is quite apt. I'm glad you enjoyed the winebar/coffeeshop...it's always nice spend some time out with a friend. A musical of Billy Elliot? I'm assuming that was quite enjoyable. I really liked the movie.
Yes my Sunday was a lazy one & yes I did attend the CDrelease party for musicians whogo by the name Mobius (after the Mobius Strip) - this's their website http://www.mobius-net.com . It definitely lived up to expectations. The music was everything I expected. And I met the drummer's family & chatted with them a bit. I also spoke to the female vocalist who sang 5 or 6 songs to start the evening. We'd met before(, actually just this past summer so it was nice 'catching up'.
I hope you enjoyed both the book & the . Leaving Loads & loads of s'n'es'n'all. And of course twice as much

maybe you should try uncrossing those fingers once in a while eh?
Now you come to mention it, it's a long time since I ventured into any of the game threads ... might just have to renew my acquaintance with the limericks

you're right! Is it the first time you and she have met? That can sometimes be a bit awkward can't it, so the distraction of food and will be good.
A very good friend of mine has recently decided to move in with his ladyfriend ... she and I met for the first time just before Christmas. It was ... ... *interesting* for both of us I think
