Salutations to all who succeed in locating me and my page. You may be sure that your presence here is appreciated. It might not seem like it is, but it is. Trust me.
In case you care, here are some stats:
Age: 17
Occupation: Tired student (Is that redundant?)
Siblings: A younger brother, with really sharp fingernails (Trust me, I know.)
Habits: Using lots of quote marks, parenthesis, and ellipsis (this: ...). Staying up way too late. Suddenly thinking of great ideas about 5 hours after submitting inferior ones. Procrastinating. (90% chance I'm doing it right now.)
Hidden powers: The power to make up powers for myself at any given instant. It's great.
Incidentally, I looooove computers. PCs, Macs, the odd Apple II, you name it. Long as they don't do something truly naughty. (There have been times that it's taken more than a week to rehabilitate my poor shattered system.)
Wandering around the Guide used to take up a major fraction of my time. Now e-mail takes up a major fraction of my time. Anyway, the Guide is huge; one could spend months wandering. (After the censors get done looking at everything, of course. That'll take a while.) What was that line from the first book? I think it was: "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is manufactured in sub-meson electronic form because if it were printed the interstellar hitchhiker would have to carry it around in several inconvenient office buildings." Hey, let's generate an emoticon: :-) (Hmm, I see that the graphics have changed with the move to the BBC. I liked the older ones better. No, I wouldn't like anything with my wine, thanks.)
