That you are in the wrong one.
Wait, so if you and Tatty are the Lord and Lady... have you gone and gotten married?
Yay!
Eomando (it is it is it is 2 years now!!! 8-) ) Posted Apr 30, 2000
Ah...now I remember...
...and now...we haven't gone & gotten married...
There's an explaination on my homepage...

Well, is the term 'congratulations', or something?
Anyway, GMT is the time zone around which ALL OTHERS are based. In other words, it's the best. Right, guys?
I don't need an answer because I know that it's true.
Oh, and Darth Maul was a pussy compared to Vader. Vader was a real spiritual brother - down with the force and all that good sh*t. And he had a cool helemet. Darth Maul just sucked. Worse - he sucked ass. (Ahem)
*Possum calms down after letting off the steam that's been building up since...oh, God knows when*

And he said a total of what, three words?
I'm glad I found someone who agrees with me on this Darth Maul business. So he looked cool - he wasn't a friggin' character.
Hey, that goes for the whole of Episode I!
Yay!
Possum Posted Apr 30, 2000
Yeah - I mean, all he did was swing round that big lightsaber and do a bit of jumping. Bid deal. His main achievement was being chopped in half without spraying blood everywhere (which must have taken some talent).
You're right. Episode I - the ultimate triumph of style over substance. (God, that was pretentious.)

Frankly I liked Episode One(maybe that makes me a little shallow, so shoot me) and I even liked Darth Maul, however he could have done with more fleshing out of his character to make it more hateable.
Besides he wasn't supposed to be the main villain of the piece with the trade federation and Darth Sidious supposed to be holding those titles. I didn't think Vader spoke much in Episode three anyway, it was more the menace of the music and his few actions. And the cool suit.
Yay!
Tatty42 Posted May 2, 2000
Vader could kick Maul's backside anyday, but of course, being the Dark Lord of the Sith, I could take 'em both at once - and win!
Episode One was cool, well, the graphics were, however, I felt it lacked in the storyline...
What was the comment about Episode Two? The script is being written at the minute and shooting should start soon some in Tunisia and I can't remember where some of the other parts are being shot...Italy I think.

The day Episode I came out my friend Jox had a note to get out early that said, "Please excuse my daughter, she has family business to attend to. Thank you and may the force be with you."
Oh well - maybe the next one will be better.

When I was back in school I had a teacher who basically didn't know what day it was most of the time, so whenever we were absent we'd give him sicknotes saying things like "Sorry my son was absent yesterday. When he woke up his head fell off" and stuff like that. Ah, those were the days.
I actually queued at 12pm for the first tickets for Episode 1, not because I was that keen to see it but because it was a good laugh. And I'm not ashamed, because we had a great time. So there.
Fascinating.

You shouldn't have told me that - I really like Chris Moyles and now I've lost all respect for the man
But he takes the piss out of Richard Blackwood so he can't be all bad
Yay!
Possum Posted May 7, 2000
Chris Moyles is on ALL THE TIME. Or that's what it seems like, anyway. It's 4-6pm on weekdays. But he also does the breakfast show a heck of a lot. The man is taking over the world.
