HEY EVERYONE VISITING SAY HI HERE! PLEASE!
Insane Endeavour Posted Aug 18, 2001
*Impressed @ Jazzme* (with the Scotland thing, not particularly the went-to-Wales-once thing: I did that too).
I guess the biggest walking-thingy I can boast is a 10 hour long hike up a Swiss mountain starting at about 3,000 ft and going up! We were actually out 12 hours (6am to 6pm) including breaks. (Feet hurt to remember, but how I loved my mountain boots!!!)

Hey Jazz, if you don't pop in before going, bye! Enjoy it!
Ooh, I forgot. I've been to Wales - twice. Admittedly not with the intent of walking up hills, but doing it a fair bit anyway.
Did you walk back down as well then IE?

Thanks for good wishes Ming Mang - I'm off in about 12 hours and hoping the weather improves
I won't be climbing any Munros but I am taking my hiking shoes
See you all when I get back

It didn't rain that much in Wales... it rained enough... oh, and it hailed on us too... that was nice...

Personally I don't, HP might!
And in answer to your previous question: Yes! I did walk back down again, or accessing the Internet now might be a bit hard!

It is indeed possible that HP might... which is why I ask.
Aha! And you may not have walked down - there may have been a train-type thingy or something.

True, true, but there's not much in the way of trains etc up there unfortunately or you never know, I may have just done that!
