Yep, I have been on, but for very short periods of time which is why I've not had time to catch up on the backlog here!!! But now I have, and I'm going away again for 2 weeks, just long enough for you to build the backlog right up again! Yey!

Another week yet Ming Mang - sorry your holiday was wet.

I go for 3 or 4 weeks so have a good chance of getting a bit of everything but hopefully no snow.

We go touring with a caravan up the West coast of Scotland - beautiful scenery - lots of walking - no TV - no telephone ringing all day - bliss !!

We all missed you IE. welcome home.

Well, I've survived the hardest physical

I went walking in wales for three days.

It was hard... very hard... large backpack... many hills, lots of rock... lots of sheep, lots of sheep stuff... feet hurted, shoulders hurted, most of what was in between followed suit...

I've never done any kind of hiking or hill walking in my life... starting with an 800m high hill probably wasn't the best idea...

All thanks to Mr Duke of Edinburgh (thanks boss)....

In my service days we ran/walked/ran for 3 hours in full kit complete with rifle - but not by choice ! After 6 weeks boy were we fit?

I once walked for 12 miles to see a waterfall in Scotland (6 there and 6 back) It was my last marathon - now I settle for about 2 hours, with rests.

I went to Wales - once !
