Would I want to drink it with beef or with poultry?

Ivan the Terribly Average

Drink it with relish. smiley - cool Dry white vermouth only needs gin and an olive to make a martini. Failing that, it's pleasant with lemonade in hot weather. I tend to drink it when I'm thirsty...

Anyway, it's more of an aperitif than a drink-with-meals sort of a thing.
