As of here! Typical time of year weather fog/wet/grey cloud cover all day and not warm

We didn't get much snow yesterday - we went to the other town for groceries today, everything was clear. But it's COLD. The temperature dropped from the 50sF to the upper teens!

? Do you have a winter set of tyres to change to (tread etc) ? as of normal road ones ?

No, here they sell 'all-weather tires' these days. Nobody has to change anymore.

This evening for "tea" I had one of my favourite food items
Chinese flavoured pork spare ribs/french fries and battered onion rings

I might only have 8 teeth leftall on bottom set, but I get by

I've not had a car for 25/30 so I'm totally NOT up to date on "their" technology etc

and seeing Jnr's car "console" I'm bloody glad.....

I figured that was the case.

My favourite car that I ever had was a tiny GEO Metro from Korea. Very low-tech, no computers. The light in the car was a little switch on the box...the thing was as big as a roller skate. I nearly cried when I gave it away to a needy single mother when I got my SUV, but I'm sure it served her well.
