He has run into a classic case of bollocks in his search for replacement 'pooter parts...long story short, he got a mobile..and I do believe it was at a wrong address...
He is dealing with offshore customer service and getting run around...

It was a good shopping trip and I managed to get everyones pressies and I even picked up a summer outfit for me The kids will get a shock if I wear it as its got a short skirt, Haven't worn one of those in years
