I got to the semi finals in table tennis and there was only 2 points between me winning! But ive had fun and im so happy with my self in general, so all well

he spent 1 hr doing wheelchair rugby and scored in his first 10 secondsonce again! he's tuckered out, mainly in his arms as he's never "pushed" himself so much (in the chair that is

what am awesome week!!! im going to drop a day a week from the gym and replace it with wheelchair rugby, also im going to see if i can carry on with table tennis. i may have got it wrong i dont think it was the semis i was in but if id have won my last match which i was only 2 points of winning, id have come away with at least a bronze, ive only played table tennis that day too never before. i managed to go swimming which was scary but eventually i walked from the middle of the pool all the way round to where we got hoisted out. feel much better in myself after what ive done in such a short space of time. thank you for your support guy n gals
