I like the style of LotR, but in RotK some bits get repetitive. If you want to enjoy it, don't count how often he uses the verb "to smite" or "ever and anon"

Yep. FotR is the Fellowship of the Ring, TTT is the two towers, RotK is Return of the king, LotR is the Lord of the Rings.
