What's that ruined castle on the shores of Loch Ness? I've been there.

The jubilee crown cut into the chalk on a hillside overlooking Ashford in Kent, or the chalk quarry just below it, sliding down the chalk cliff-face, quickly, on your ar$e?

Yup - the castle is on the other side of the road from the church and up the hill a bit...deadly dull tour of the actual castle but the grounds contain *the* best adventure playground in the world

Yes to the pub at Liverpool Street Station and Kings Cross.
I've been under the pool table of the APU campus at Chelmsford - does that count?

Some friends of mine thought about going to APU. They were drawn by the twin appeals of staying at home and being the only people in their lecture classes who could count to 10.

Yes to the World's End pub in Edinburgh. Does anyone else remember the barman with the leather apron - he was bald but very sexy - this is about 1975.

I think the castle on shores of Loch Ness is called Castle Urquhart

Captain Kebab Posted Mar 23, 2003
It is indeed Castle Urquhart - been there, failed to spot the monster. How about Eilean Donan Castle on the shore of Loch Duich, by the side of the A87 on the road to Skye? Has to be the castle with the most beautiful setting I've seen - it's gorgeous.
Or staying with castles - Chateau Chillon on the shore of Lake Geneva.

Yes to World Trade Centre. A month before the attack in fact.
I think yes to Check Point Charlie - we certainly crossed through to East Berlin from West Berlin, but I can't remember whether there were other crossing points? It would have been about 1987, I think.
No to all those castles - seen one castle, seen em all...
