For the opposite...
IGNORE
Ignorance is bliss, so we are told,
Gazing at things, we should not be so bold,
Neither spying nor peeking into the depths,
Opening eyes means not seeking the best,
Remain unaware! But it will only mean,
Each day will be passed like a film or a dream

Benshasha-On-Sea
Built out anything that comes to hand
Expect the unexpected
Nothing at all has remotely been planned
So don’t feel too dejected
Have some good food from the fruits of the sea
Accept that life is basic here
Sometimes it’s hard to know just how to be
However there’s not much to fear
At times people’s tempers tend to fray
Outbursts and tantrums abound
Normally I just walk slowly away
Search for peace – it can be found
Each time that I come here, I can unwind
A better place for that would be hard to find

Whippets
When walking slowly cross the moor
Heed not the sheep and cattle
Instead look out for rabbit spoor
Prepare the dog for battle
Poor shivering hound, its nerves on edge
Expects your quiet command
Takes off like light’ning through the sedge
Sad that the sport’s been banned.

No, just haven't gotten around to it. Got anything for us?

Flattery
Feed someone's ego with praise
Let them feel just as bright as the sun
Allow them a starry eyed gaze
Then your insidious work is begun
To lead them to do as you bid
Entreating with words that seduce
Replete with your sly motives hid
Yet resisting will come to no use
Your turn Ped

Sarcasm
Sometimes a comment - one odd word,
An answer needs that’s quite absurd,
Ripostes that make one wince
Can these be clever, are the cruel
And do they start a verbal duel?
Some say ‘the lowest form of wit’,
Methinks it is, but I can’t quit.

Another version of Post 95
‘Only the lonely’ go the words of a song
Nobody else is to blame,
At best satisfaction and instant relief,
Nothing can really go wrong.
If you sit on your hands ‘til the feeling goes dead
Some say it’s like somebody else
Titillating the parts that you want to arouse
Sit back and give yourself head.

It is not my turn but there are few contributors. I nearly cut my hand off, last week, with B&D jig saw, a stupid accident waiting to happen - so:
Lengthened
Life
Ends when?
Not just now,
Go on another day,
Think not it’s gone away,
Heaven and hell are sleeping now,
Even when on the door you knock,
No noise, no light just silence and dark,
Go away please, we are closed for the night,
Death awaits, but when you come back, don’t be scared

Too quick, it should have been:
Life
Ends when?
Not just now,
Go on another day,
Think not it’s gone away,
Heaven and hell are sleeping now,
Even when on the door you knock,
No noise, no light just silence and dark,
Ease away please, we are closed for the night,
Death awaits, but when you come back, don’t take fright.

Down the road and up the stream
Into the wild wild wonderous world
Day and night we wander
Yellow the leafs now, floating downstream
Or blown around by winds, chasing girls
Until we return, still we wander
Millions of choices and crossings to take
Improbable chances and hidden glances
Still we wander, blown like those leafs
Searching and taking our stances
Until we return, who will be waiting
So long have we been gone

Thoughts
Take one idea and turn it round,
Have others on your mind,
Observe the way they interact,
Unusual things you’ll find.
Go after things that don’t seem right,
However hard you look,
Take stock of everything you see -
Some day you’ll write the book.

Thoughts
Thin the mind stretches
Hollow and empty: language
Oblivion, nothingness
Under pressure, nothing emerges
Go stick your head in a book
Hey, listen:
"Turn the paper in by tomorrow!"
Sh!t

SNAP
Simply rhymes – some odd strange thought,
Not writ for anything but nought,
Always aware that should they ought,
Perhaps to rhyme, as I was taught.

SORROW
Sometimes the troubles of mankind
Obsesses and invades the mind
Reality - if it exists
Reacts – insanity persists
Oh for a world of love and peace
Why cannot all the fighting cease.
