...hovering at the kitchen door...psst!....Menza...the starters are ready....indicates the laden roud at her side ...bearing a magnificent ice bowl filled withretrieves the ice bowl her famous lettuce soup...swirls of cream and a few sprigs of
coriander on top.... the vegan starters...chestnut and wild mushroom filo parcels...with a gooseberry sauce....and lightly tossed guppies for the big fish
