For example, I had a problem with spiders spinning webs on my rear-view mirror, and was going to ask for a solution here, but first I tried putting a bag over the mirror to see what would happen, and when I removed the bag in the morning, I found the* spider inside, making it easy to deposit him far away from my web-free mirror.

So no need to Ask, but had the question been asked here anyway, any number of other related or unrelated topics might have been touched upon, so the question is, what are those related topics?

Are there other questions you've not needed to ask, which could still 'bear fruit' here?

how long can spiders go between meals... and how many of those meals are other spiders

Can a spider be caught in another spiders web (different species) or they immune to all webs

Do spiders really understand the concept of keeping out of my way in order to be left alone? They do seem to.

bob not only do spiders get caught in other spiders webs but they can become entingeled on their own if... lets say they are placed back on the web by a well meaning human but the human dosnt know which parts of the web are the sticky part...

what is it that makes spiders quite so frightening and odd... I suspect its something to do with the legs and the speed/gait with which they move

I've never really understood the fear of spiders, so I can't answer that bit. Perhaps it's the speed they can move, although I'd rather look down and see a spider on my leg than a big, plump, slow, cigar-sized slug.

see i find the worst part about slugs to be the sound/feeling of stepping on one...

Hmm, it's a similar, yet polar opposite experience to popping bubble wrap.

I suspect that it is a deep seated self preservation response since they could be poisonous. Like snakes.

I prefer not to sit with my back to the door.

I discovered small tins of tuna recently, but up until then, I'd wondered why Tuna tends to only come in larger tins, 185g or thereabouts, whereas other fish tends to come in small, 70g tins.

My tuna comes in 142-gram tins, as well as 71-gram ones.

Perhaps it depends on how much of the tuna is actually dolphin. I know a place where you can buy tuna in 1 kg cans.

Several times I've been tempted to rig up an ordinary can of tuna, but change the label so that it says "Packed in dolphin oil."
