I had pages of sneering from you all nicely tucked away on the Dawkins' thread to do with Churchill..and I had explained how important he was as symbolic figure for my mother as a young child..and her spending months sleeping under an iron table hearing the engines cut out on the doodle bugs and praying they didn't drop on the house. Man you sneered.

And then all that stupid stuff about 'fellow travellers' when I brought up Halal..and I had no idea the BNP had a policy to do with it.

I see you poke fun at others regularly. And you've brought up that stuff to do with Dylan's lyrics numerous times when people like his work. You think they are a joke. Others have other opinions.

Suffice to say that in addition to giving an inaccurate portrayal of previous silliness on Churchill and Halal...Frs has now misunderstood my attitude towards Dylan by 180 degrees.

We'll just have to differ on that then. I spoke the truth as I see it.

It's very easy to dismiss stuff as 'silliness', especially given my reputation here. I never saw it as silliness. Once someone labels something as 'silliness' it becomes something not to be taken seriously.

And before you know it the person saying this silliness becomes silly in themselves.
