To find that out, I had to skip 9275 pages, 25 posts to a page... that's 231,875 posts. Plus the ones on that page... add 12... 231,887 posts to h2g2. Not including all those I unsubbed from during my personal foops.

Crap. That's not even posts. That's just threads.

I only seem able to go back to sometime 2005 in my convo list Which in itself lead to reading both my journal entry when I got my current sofa... and B's blog report of a meet at teh bell book and candle... which... I can just* about still remember! why can't I go back no futher...

found a post from me dated 29 May 2000 to my ACE (Bistroist) but I'm not sure if it was my first. I think I joined on 25th May after having lurked for a while.

Jimster was very welcoming on the first few days and helped us to find our feet. Lil was my wonderful ACE. My first reaction on posting the above was " me, that's quick." (All postings on the Celebdaq boards were pre-ed). That easy-going freedom and the ensuing madness on h2g2 led to me meeting my (now) wife. h2g2 has a lot to answer for...
