Deep Blue Sea is okay I have it but a bit far fetched

Well,as Mz Robert's screen time is about ten minutes out of 123, that's hardly a problem, is it?

Deep Blue Sea is a totally brainless, dumb ass monster movie - it does exactly what it says on the tin, rather like Reign of Fire and a good Godzilla film (ie not the US remake).

If I want to watch 'realistic' (and to be fair, the sharks themselves are actually pretty authentic) sharks I have plenty of other options.

Still don't like Oceans 11 but each to their own.

I actually bought some cassettes at the weekend!

Was back in Norn Irn, in a hire car, had taken some CDs with me, but then found that the car only had a cassette player.

So I popped into a charity shop, and bought the following for 99p each:

U2 - Unforgettable Fire (well, I was in the gods' own country...)
Huey Lewis -Heart of Rock'n'Roll
Paul Weller - Stanley Road. I used to own this on CD, wonder where it went
T Rex greatest hits, which in a very 21st century move I then gave to my ex-husband's new gf, who was saying that she only has the empty box of it.

Ry Cooder - Chavez Ravine.

Another classy act from the man who brought us the Buena Vista Social Club.

Wow, pretty diverse tastes here .

Flash Gordon - was suprised to see that Richard Stilgoe is in it as one of Mings henchmen. Can't beat the classic 'Gordon? Alive?' line from Blessed.

Hey Blues Shark, just ordered the Cooder album too, although not yet heard it yet and today the postman brought a late fathers day present from my youngest son: The DVD of Bob Dylan Don't Look Back. It's the best documentary about a musician/tour ever, the interview with the science student and the meeting with the Sheriff of Nottingham and her sons was hilarious/embarrassing. Wonderful, and far better than a pair of Homer Simpson musical socks
