Yes, that is confusing isn't it. The thought of Sandra Bullock as a rotten flesh eating zombie is not beyond my imagination but it is a bit infuriating that 'titles' of books, music, movies, etc cannot be copywritten and producers will often deliberately obscure their productions behind titles otherwise widely known but for other completely different content.

Even John Wyndham's 'The Kraken Wakes' can be accused of being other than promised in the title. There is certainly a lot of flooding going on as London sinks beneath the sea but there's not one genuine sea dragon in sight.
