Star Wars Episode 3: Revenge of the Sith

Yeah, better Star Wars than football or . . . . . . Morgan Freeman.
Maybe Owen and Maru were just stupid. It might explain why they had a farm on a desert planet.

Would seem pointless having a moisture farm on a planet where water is easily available PedanticBen.

But they could open one on Kamino and ship the moisture to Tatooine. They'd make millions.
I hadn't realised this before, probably because I'm very inperceptive, but C3P0 has a grey/silver body in EpII. I always thought that it was just dirt from living in the desert, but I saw a bit of that 'Clone Wars' cartoon the other day and Aniken is suprised when he finds that C3P0 now has a shiney gold body. It does seem to work with the theory that droids are toasters analogy, as I wouldn't recognise my toaster if I hadn't seen it for 25 years and it has a new cover.

There seem to be a lot of 'poor' people on Tatooine, maybe people don't want expensive water...Ok not the best of theories.
The moisture farm did belong to Owen's father, and they probably didn't want to be found by Vader-just in case?
Oh I dunno, I'm sure ther's an explanation.

Entirely irrelevant question, prompted by post 105:
Is it 'C3PO' or 'C3P0'?

Or Luke would have been shouting 'Threepeenought, shut down all the garbage crushers on the detention level!'
Which raises the point about having a detention level on the Death Star. Other than housing the odd stray Princess, isn't it a little expensive to fly bad guys out to your shiny new death fortress?
You'd think they'd be trying to keep them out...

actually it makes perfect sense.
once the death star is a reognised threat it's presence in a system would probably tirgger a mass exodus. tracot beam in the ships and cells to hold the captives.

Or you could just destroy the ships. You were about to kill them on the planet anyway.

Just got back from seeing it.
Definately the best of the prequels. 'evil Anakin' is
Yoda fighting a certain someone is amazing.
and the best line? "I hate you!"

Not the best of the prequels...
Worst line?
Possibly "Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
Best ET impression: Yoda.

Episode II... but then again I prefer that to all the 'Saga'...

Mu Beta Posted May 20, 2005
The awful love scenes spoiled Episode II for me. I think on the balance I prefer Phantom Menace. But neither of them hold a candle to film IV - still, in my opinion, the best of the original trilogy.
Best line? "There's always a bigger fish" - Qui-gon Jinn.

The love scenes/love related in Episode III are worse I think... just less of them...
"Hold me!" I was expecting her to go Wee-ooh! after just like in Kung Pow! Probably supposed to be like Leia but even then it was a slice of cheese.

Well I've just seen it.
Easily the best of the sequels *if not* the whole saga. Quite a slow start I thought but when it started with the real story then
