Cold pizza is often very good.

I'm eating a banana.

I've got a crusty ham and tomato roll on the go at the moment, which will shortly be followed by a banana.

Prawn Spring Rolls today. They really are quite revolting and now I remember why I normally eat the vegetable ones.

Sri Lankan style samosas. Quite a delicate flavour...

Homemade spinach and potato filo triangles. They're not terribly triangular, but they taste OK.

Smarties Chocolate bar!
For anyone who hasn't seen them, it's a large slab of with little, teeny smarties embedded in it. Quite pleasant, actually.

Whole Wheat English muffin, toasted, spread with garlic herb cheese, and topped with a thick slice of tomato. Yummy!


Hmmm, can't think why the English got blamed for this style of muffin; looks more like a double-decker crumpet by way of New Jersey to me.

Lizzbett, I remember the Smarties jingle distinctly from when I used to live near Canada but I don't remember what Smarties actually are. Can you refresh my memory?

Hellbound - Smarties are little chocolate discs with coloured crispy shells - a bit like M&M's, only British.

I'm currently sucking on a Honey and Lemon Strepsil for a sore throat that I have had on and off for nearly a month. I think I might munch a banana in a minute.
