Can we extend out from Gareth Gates to *all* bands and artistes whose only reason to exist is that they won some telly competition?

Is it possible to banish thread 101 to thread 101? Or would the resultant logical paradox destroy the fabric of hootoo?

Much as I admire the sentiment, 2legs, if you put alcohol in Thread 101 then there'll be none left for the rest of us.
I see!

not sure I trust you with *all* the alcohol, 2legs In the absence of Odysseus, I think I'm going to have to rule that it stays out so that the rest of us can sample it, make sure the quality hasn't deteriorated, make sure it's still drinkable, that kind of stuff.

Revels definitely stay out, Missy! They're just too dam' tasty! (Plus, you can identify the orange ones if you know how to spot them).
You may be allowed a specific flavour though (and if you suggest peanut, I'm with ya, baby! )

If the alcohol is staying out, then I want to stay out too I'd like to recomend for enterence to R 101, 'New year-starting subject magazines,' the ones that have the 'special introductory' price, and then a normal price of about five quid, and which are really naff....
