staples, well until i staple my own finger anyway
those horrible plastic things that you put yor pens and rulers and rubbish in, that you can't get to the bottom to clean so they look diseaesed inside

i used to watch neighbours when i was at college, its good in a crappy, nothing else on type of way

Shopping in dinner hour - I eat at my desk while I work (or pretend to work).
An hour for lunch when you work somewhere with nothing to do in your lunch break, or half-an-hour when you're close to the shops but know that you won't have time to shop.
