I've just discovered something... which means we were lucky to get post 3000000 at all!
The posting number covers all DNA sites, so that 3 million postings covers all the postings made to BotF, Collective, Sense of Place, Buffy, the Hub and the rest 
... We were lucky this time, but next time we'll have to post like crazy to make sure h2g2 gets the 4 millionth

One little problem with 2leg's maths there... 
If you assume 12 months between 1 and 2 million, 12-3=9 months between 2 and 3 million and then extrapolate that to 9-3=6 months between 3 and 4 million, you'd then have to continue on to 6-3=3 months between 4 and 5 million and then.3-3=0...
Nine months from now the servers will explode under the the load of an infinite number of simultaneous postings
