I have my thesis finished, but I'm preparing the digital document (from the bound one) for publication, and holy god, errors in the bound one… which I didn’t catch. I will never ask her to edit for me again. I love her, but if you foist your noisy, cannot sit still and shut up ELEVEN YEAR OLD CHILD on me when I'm editing this massive thing that my degree depends on, then don’t be surprised when I yell at said child to STFU, with damn good reason.

No wonder this thing got a 62, and I'm landed with a 2:2 partially because of it. Stress and kids don’t mix.

I love self scan checkouts. Unless they start howling about something, in which case I have at times been known to pull a Watson (most notably when trying to buy a ticket for the heathrow Express at Paddington station in London)…

Online window shopping and the bloody app crashing.

Horror movies. She wasn't even watching it and pretended not to hear when I asked for the remote. Last half hour of Orphan. Yeah, bye sleep. If you can't tell me what's happened so far in the movie and are working at something else thereby you haven't a clue (and all I needed was to read about the damn thing), then Give. Me. The. Remote.

I was made to watch Blair Witch Project last night. Wasn't really that scary or good a film.

PH: Films everyone goes on about being great, because they're hyped so much. But when you then see them, they're a complete let down.

Completely agree with Pastey about Blair Witch, the film is complete tosh and thoroughly deserving of

The worst thing about the Blair Witch Project is it spawned a lot of films that copied that style. Its not always clear until those films are under way they have that hand held camera POV, and each time that happens my heart sinks.
