I'm mightily attached to my body, for the time being.
As far as non-essentials go I think I'd probably miss my puter most if it were to suddenly disappear. And I'd definitely mourn if my accordion or my paintings *poof*ed out of my life.

My dear Gsh:
I understand about the Evening Standard Board, I really do , but you're gonna have to explain to this particular colonial bumpkin just what a Crombie might be before I'm gonna believe you can still get into it 30 years later.
It's all a matter of perspective I'm sure, but here's my point of view A874613, 40 years since I wore anything worth strutting.

Oooooh you can't beat a nice piece of tat
My favourite material thing that I never owned was a set of bathroom taps made of brass in the shape of swans...truly disgusting and utterly irresistable - unfortunately they cost £300!!!!! I still dream about my swan taps....

~jwf~ as per usual, take crombie, stick a www in front of it and the usual uk company suffix, or simply google for crombie, and you too can browse through high quality, damned expensive clothing. A crombie coat is a thing of beauty and a joy for life
I want one too
My current favourite possesion is, erm, dunno, not treally into possesions. Probably my bike given it is one of the few things I have spent significant money on and still think it is great even though it is a few years out of date.

I've got lots of junk that I love, like ornaments, painting, etc.
But my fave (the thing I'd grab if the house was on fire) has to be my photo collection.
I've got a huge box of photos. Family, friends, pets, nice scenery, ancestors. Loads, all my memories are in that box.
My faves are all the baby photos of kiddo. He's grown up so quickly, the time has flown by. It's nice to look at the baby photos and think "aawwwww"!
(obviously though, if there was a fire I'd grab kiddo first, then the photo box!)

It's been a while since I saw it, but I think that Suggs is wearing one just like mine in the Madness video for Baggy Trousers jwf Same colour even - navy blue. Might also be on the cover of Absolutely.

My hiking boots. Almost every Sunday during term time for the past two and a bit years (and quite often outside of term time too ) they've taken me up hill and down dale all over Wales and England, and I've made a some fantastic friends while wearing them. They fit like a dream and have never given me a blister, even after monster 26-milers around the Black Mountains or 50 miles of the Pennine way
Sadly the leather's starting to crack a little, especially where one of the D-rings digs into the leather, but I hope they hold out a bit longer so I can wear them to the Dolomites next Summer for a Viking funeral...

My fave thing is probably my POST/HEMMI bamboo Versalog sliderule because people don't believe I know how to use it. Then I give them a calculator and compute circles around them . Now all I need is an electric abacus, and my computational life will be complete.

At the moment, it's my computer, because it's keeping me in touch with someone I wouldn't be able to otherwise.
